i've been doing the chest/back assistance work for a while, but I'm thinking of moving them into the days after the main lifts and adding core exercises from the biceps/abs routine, thing is idk if this could lead to overtraining or not, it'll basically look like this.
A = Pullup 3x8, skullcrushers 3x8, knee raises 3x8 (day after squat press row)
B=dips 3x8, curls 3x8, planks (day after squat ohp diddy)

Stronglifts is shit.
Original reg parks was 5 sets of 5 but not with the same weight, it was ramping up.
So probably 2-3 hard sets.
