Bros, I need your help.I'm looking for boxing and muay thai exercises that use weights, machines, and resistance bands. I'm looking for everything that doesn't require punching or a boxing ring (like sparring, punching bags, etc.). I want to incorporate these exercises in routines with a focus on hypertrophy and weight loss to diversify the training. Here is the problem: I know shit about the subject. So, I need books, videos, profiles, and channels that actually teach me the whole thing. Any help?
So you are looking for strength training

>>77514814Let me explain the whole situation.I work for the gym of a mining company and I would like to justify my salary by diversifying the training to actually engage the normal people who go there. What I noticed is that normal training isn't enough to keep them coming, but the vast majority never used the punching bag nor the punching balls either because they probably see it as just a violent sport.Keep in mind most of the attendees are people in their 40s and 50s, while teenagers are like 15% or so.
>>77514778No experience with weights or machines but I have an excellent routine I do that helps me win fights with calisthenics.>box jumps with a transition to burpees as soon as you hit the ground, sets of ten burpees are two pushups each>25 jumping jacks and then 25 airjacks afterwards>then 25 weightless squats or if weighted then 10>then 25 more jumping jacks and airjacks>then 25 weightless or 10 weighted lunges>then 25 more jumping jacks or airjacks>then another 10 boxjump burpees with two pushups after every burpeeThrow in some spice by shadowboxing for abput 30 seconds to a minute right after jumping jacks but right before airjacks and you're all good.Pic related is my physique, so clearly it works.
>>77514778Jumping rope and cardio circuits, maybe footwork exercises but i don't think they're fun if you don't do a combat sport.
>>77514875>I work for a gym>I don't know anything about exercise>I also want something that isn't boxing, but makes you better at boxing, even though none of the trainees are interested in boxingMaybe the reason nobody uses the punching bags is because nobody does that in any gym? It's not about it being "violent". I've trained at everything from suburban gyms to army bases, and the reason nobody uses the punching bags is because they're a shit form of cardio unless you're specifically training for the sport of boxing. And the reason they don't come back is because they're skinnyfat DYELs who were never going to make it. Don't bet on a slow horse, invest your time in the people who actually put in the effort. Why don't you offer training to reduce the chance of workplace injuries? Get them doing deadlifts and ATG-type mobility exercises so that they don't end up crippled on the job.

Get them doing deadlifts and ATG-type mobility exercises so that they don't end up crippled on the job.I did that. To have an idea, I asked the company to buy the roman chair. I even told them to get routines for back pain, shoulder pain, elderly people, losing weight...
