the fucked up thing about lifting and gyming is how people will fuck you over by claiming "muh put so much time and dedication into this, muh lift 7 days a week, muh in the gyms for hours a day, muh hard worker, thats why muh have steroid gains"

I actually think it might be the steroids that cause this shit but whatever

The fucked up part is in reality, especially as a natural lifter, anymore than 2-3 days a week in the gym is total waste of fucking time, but people treat it like its something like a business, that if they work more, that they'll get more out of it, and those people who say shit like

"muh dont have time, i wish i could be a neet so i could lift all day long and be jacked" - again retards have fallen for the bullshit of more effort and time = more gains, which is literally BULLSHIT

A guy who does 2-3 sets of bench press once a week with 315lbs on the bar which takes him 15 fucking minutes will have a chest and triceps that are 10X more developed than a guy who spends 7 days in the gym spamming 10,000 sets of random chest exercises all day long.

Stimulating growth does not take much, and maintaining that growth takes EVEN LESS.

Its just so fucking retarded how 99% of people including people on /fit/ think more time spent = more gains. Fucking retarded cunts. Blind leading the blind. Imagine the millions upon millions of people who dont bother lifting because they believe they have to spend 2-3 hours a day doing it 7 days a week for it to work, meanwhile in reality the amount of time required is like 98% less than what the average person thinks is required, so they just dont bother, which is kinda fucked up if you think about it. People have been meme'd into believing it takes a ton of time and dedication when it is literally the exact opposite.

You can look good as a natty but you'll never be impressive, especially if you're tall. Best you can hope for is an athletic look.
>>
>>77515279
well yeah but you'll still be built, its not as terrible as people say it is, im natural and people think i jacked, even though i feel and know that i look like shit compared to an actual roider, but to a normie, i am jacked when they compare themselves to me.

That said, its kinda offtopic to this point. the point of my thread is how the world has fallen for the bullshit LARP of "put more in, get more out" with the gym/lifting, when in reality its the exact opposite of that, once you stimulate growth, you literally dont get any additional benefit from the time spent, infact you get negative results, it hurts you to do more

the perfect example as what i said about the guy who does 2-3 sets of 315lbs bench press one time per week, that his chest & triceps will be 10X more developed than a guy in the gym 7 days a week spamming 10,000's of sets for chest and triceps on random exercises

being roid jacked is not impressive though because you're a fraud

You're forgetting the nutrition/diet/food prep side though. which is incredibly important. and that requires dedication and time for sure.

And yeah I get that preparing a sweet potato, ground beef and eggs, and a protein shake isn't difficult but it still requires more planning and work than the McDonald's drive-thru. and this has to be done super consistently.

If you want to be lean too, you're also going to have to fit in some cardio.

Nobody knows the difference. Even experienced natties will defend your nattyness to the death even if you are obviously juiced out of your mind. People are retarded and the few that aren't are high on hopium

attractiveness to women tops out at looking "athletic" and idk why you'd bother to look "impressive" to men

>>77515274
ye they act like it's some impossible crap meanwhile I spend about 4 hours/week on gym including commute. and commute is not wasted since i listen to podcasts or read.

if anything the value of the gym for me has been that it forces me to care for sleep and nutrition. and I'm not talking about 10 protein shakes a day, but like, vegetables, meat, fish. while normies kys with snacks.

Don’t listen to nattycucks lmao, ever since I frauded my attention from women has skyrocketed

>t. 173cm jacked n RICH driving a Bentley

>just turn your hormones into a subscription service
Shan't.
I don't give two fucks about it being "cheating" or whatever the fuck but the necessity of external maintenance makes it a nonstarter.
>>
>>77515279
No, you absolutely can be impressive. Roiders are not the baseline, and non-roiders look at them as grotesque.

Roidtrannies don’t seem to understand their balls no longer produce what makes them a man. And in old age they’re going to be shriveled up like Arnold and Coleman. Go look at Ronnie Coleman training now I lifted more weight than that when I was prepubescent.

Can't hear you over the sound of my big balls slapping asshole.

a guy who benches multiple times a week will get to 315 faster than a guy who does it once a week. there is a balance to be struck.

>Imagine the millions upon millions of people who dont bother lifting because they believe they have to spend 2-3 hours a day doing it 7 days a week for it to work
who are these people? nobody thinks that. maybe they think if they want to be bodybuilder big they need to do that but most people know that just a bit of exercise goes a long.
