anyone here ever have hamstring soreness for an extended period (5+ days after last heavy workout)?
i set a personal best on hamstrings on the 6th, they got sore, i pushed them harder than i should've on the 8th, only got a pump on the 10th to aid recovery, and they're still sore now even though i haven't hit them particularly hard in 5 days.
looking for tips or tricks to try and get them back to normal quicker.
