how do you do it?
>>77515603For you? 7 situps, like 2 pushups, and don't eat a bag of chips tomorrow
>>77515603The only limiters that exist are the ones that you're aware of. All are self-imposed.

>>77515603What's the difference between your limiter and your central nervous system? I'll provide OHP for reference. 50kg feels like an extremely heavy weight. Even 40kg feels heavy, but 50kg feels like I need every ounce of strength to get it off the rack, but I'll rep out 10 or so in a set. But each rep isn't ever easier than the last. It's only possible. Meanwhile, I can rep out 60kg for 5, but it still feels just as hard. And I can do one single rep of 70kg. I don't know if it's a limiter thing or a CNS thing, but it never ever feels easier doing 50kg even though I'm capable of doing 70kg for a single. Sometimes my body literally rebels against me when I'm on the bench or doing OHP by making me itch so badly when I'm in a life or death situation mid lift. And the stress before doing a lift, is that the mental thing?
