In a scale from "catastrophic dyel trap" to "slightly sub-optimal", how bad is it to do three or four 30-minute workouts along the day instead of a full workout once?Ever since I started doing this I realised that sitting down for hours is pure venom for the body and ESPECIALLY the mind. Getting up to do some pushups or walking to get water is not even nearly enough to compensate for 4-6 hours of sitting down.
>>77515854>four 30 min workoutsIdk if you're trolling but do you think a "full workout once" is supposed to be 2 hours? There's no reason you should be in the gym for that long unless you are a literal unironic professional elite bodybuilder. 30-45 mins is good enough for almost everybody else. Maybe more if you're also doing cardio or sauna or taking a class.

>>77515887Doesn't it depend on split someone is doing? For example I do full body workout 3 times a week and it takes me 1,5h to finish one workout.
>>77515887>>77515978I actually do train 1.5 or two hours a day. Admittedly I am not very time efficient, but having fun and taking my time makes me consistent.Since that number was so offensive, imagine I wrote "two to three 15-minute workouts" instead.
>>77515854To be completely honest anons, I genuinely would not mind having vaginal sex with a large and curvy muscular woman who is noticeably lean yet maintains unrealistically fat breasts, weirdly enough
>>77516013i don't see a problem at all, i think that's totally fine. the society should stop oppressing people like us.
>>77515997It depends a whole heck of a lot, and the effort you're putting in matters too. >>77515887 just goes to the gym and moves weights up and down, probably hasn't worked a single set to failure in his entire life.
>>77516041>the effort you're putting in matters tooIndeed, slow and controlled reps work out your muscles more compared to just moving weight fast which usually involves using force to lift shit. Also depends on amount of reps you are doing. I am capped out at 17,5kg adjustable dumbbells and I have to add more reps/sets or shorten rest time(90s as for now, might go lower soon) because I cannot lift heavier.Yes I am poor and lazy student who can't afford more/smaller iron plates
