It's 1PM, I'm already 400 calories over my limit and haven't gotten half my protein. I'm want to fucking die.
>>77515972I feel you. You pretty much have to use protein powder or greek yogurt, you gotta average like 10g protein per 100 calories or you'll be fat forever.
I have 300g (60 protein) of cooked chicken in my fridge and zero appetite. It's 12.22pm. I've had nothing to eat. I'm supposed to eat 180g+ of protein? Every single day? How are you fatasses doing it?
>>77516004Protein shake with every meal.
>>77515987>have to use protein powderYou don't, you just fell for the meme. It's easy to hit protein requirements with eggs, cottage cheese, chicken and white fish alone and you don't take in unnecessary calories or carcinogenic flavourings and preservatives.
>>77516333But with the shakes, you can actually eat other food and still hit your goal, like pizza
>>77515972If you can't take it anymore, take a fucking maintenance day off and stop whining. It's not the end of the world. I take one per week and guess what, I achieve more than you BECAUSE I STICK TO MY RETARDED DIET
>>77516333shakes taste good and require zero brain power to prepare

>>77516843>taste goodI've had chocolate, banana, strawberry, tropical and Snickers and they all taste like shite m8
Ninja creami, super easy to make amazing 300 cal 40g protein ice cream that absolutely shits on halo tops. It's made my cut so much easier.
>>77516952Shop around more, there are good tasting ones out there. But it's not gonna be the cheap brands. If you can't afford the good tasting ones you can still do more to make the cheap stuff taste better.>>77516333>easy to hit protein requirements with eggs, cottage cheese, chicken and white fish aloneTrips of truth, such a shame they came from a powder hating homo.>>77515972With just 4 scoops of most low carb protein powder brands you can hit 100g of protein in less than 500 calories. 100g of cooked boneless & skinless chicken breast has approximately 30g of protein. White fish is approximately 20-25g protein for every 100g cooked and that'll be like 300 calories or less. If your can't hit your protein goals, it's either a skill issue or you're shooting for a stupid amount. I effortlessly hit between 130-180g of protein a day, and most days that's just with a shake for breakfast and a chicken tit or two for dinner.
