Gentlemen, I am in my early 20s and although I am somewhat malnourished, I'M in generally good health and I don't live a sedentary life either.I suffer from some sort of throat infection on a monthly basis, knocking me off my feet for anywhere from a couple days to a week and it takes a long time for full recovery without abusing antibiotics (which I'm attempting to be cautious of). Needless to say this negatively impacts every aspects of my life, fitness included. What the hell is wrong with me? I'll get myself checked extremely thoroughly but I know next to nothing about health so ideas would be welcome in the meantime to put my mind at ease, I almost always have sinusitis or tonsilitis, even if I have a lung inflammation I end up with sinusitis in tandem.
>>77516565if its weird & wonderful its probably some kind of odd migraine sequelae try eating more veg + fatty meat stew and make sure that when you jerk off you don't rush to cum, but instead enjoy yourself and take your timegotta take it easy man
>>77516575>weird & wonderfulwhat does that mean?I eat pretty well, though more veggies certainly can't hurt. I doubt my diet is at fault, although I eat too much meat and pasta and not enough vegetables. Not sure about the advice on cumming, I was under the impression that jerking off is not particularly productive or healthy irrespective of my status...
Start doing 16/8 fasting to improve your general health. When you feel sickness coming on stop eating altogether, I swear to you you will notice the symptoms lessen throughout the day.
>>77516591the sympathetic system mang....don't let it destroy you..,...unclench your pelvic floor....listen to popol vuh.....cum hard......eat more organ meat and pottage......

>>77516820I was living with my disgusting bum father for a year and I thought the poor hygiene conditions were part of it but I moved out like a month ago and I've fallen ill twice since, freshly painted flat too.
>>77516565vitamin d deficiency maybe>sinusitisget yourself checked for a deviated septum too
>>77516565Do you still have your tonsils? I finally got mine removed at 25 because they kept fucking up my health. I've been a lot better since
>>77516565Your doctor needs to take a culture of your mucus to test the causative pathogen(s) for susceptibility to antibiotics. This is always the fastest route to beating a recurrent infection because bacterias be mutating and shit.
>>77516986I have em still, I'm hoping they're the culprit. If getting them removed is a magic cure-all against my constant infections I'll be the happiest man alive!>>77516981I could be lacking in vit D, deviated septum would've been noticable previously I reckon
>>77516910Take some ivermectin, maybe u got some weird parasites
>>77516996Anon definitely see an ear nose throat specialist if you can, or at least talk to your GP about it. I was getting tonsillitis 3x a year and often got other throat and nose shit as well. Good luck pupper
Get sunlight to boost your immune system
>>77516565Soi have three kids under 5 years which means they are constantly bringing home some form of a flu BUT I recently started taking zinc acetate and vitamin C and have yet to become sick.
>>77516611OK Anon, I coomed deep while thinking about boning my ex in the uni bathroom. I did coincidentally get significantly better, but what about a long term fix?
>>77516565>I'm in generally good health.>I am somewhat malnourished,>I suffer from some sort of throat infection on a monthly basis>knocking me off my feet for anywhere from a couple days to a week and it takes a long time for full recovery without abusing antibiotics>I almost always have sinusitis or tonsilitis, >I'm in generally good health.
>>77516565Painful throat can eb anything and nothing. Need more data.
Exercise, sleep well and eat well if you're not already. Take vitamin d3, vitamin k2, vitamin c, magnesium and zinc in the morning with a good meal, needs fat in particular but also protein and carbs. Could just be some eggs and fruit.
>>77517790What I mean is that I'm not suffering from any debilitating condition, and that every aspect of my body is A-OK, I'm 24 and I'd be doing great if not for these unprovoked illnesses. Calling myself malnourished is a bit of an exaggeration, I'M 2 meters tall so it's not easy for me to bulk up - I could definitely have some more muscle on me though.>>77517807I only take vitamins if I fall ill, I should make it a regular thing. Thanks for all the other replies too
>>77517594the yin AND the yangthe dopaminergic drivethe serotonergic contentmentbalance these...and the world is yours...
>>77516565Vax status? Some people sadly got the bad batches instead of the placebo :/ >>77517006This. Srsly works, read Hulda Clarks book "The cure for all diseases"
>>77516565Be vegan, it will unironically help. pcrm.org
Finally got to the GP, she basically said nothing of importance besides that she can send me to an ear-nose doctor after I've recovered, I'll go to my employer's provider as soon as I am back on my feet.>>77518157I'M vaxed as fuck for travel reasons. I can't say I remember having these cyclical illnesses beforehand though I'm far from confident there's any correlation. I fucking hate my government irrespective.>>77518198I'll consider it, I do like cooking so it might be a fun experiment. I have a vegan friend who is doing very well (I also have a couple who seem to be literally dying though)
