I've had nagging pains (with occasional flare ups) for years (cervical back, wrists), presumably from years of heavy lifting and now a few years of continuous weighted calisthenics.I took a few weeks off (which didn't do much), went to a physio twice, he looked at my MRI, did a few tests, did an excruciatingly painful massage and said nothing's really damaged, it's all overuse pain and tension caused by sedentary work, bad habits in lifting and heavy lifting and basically greenlit me to go back to training and didn't recommend further sessions.Dude was supposedly good but can his diagnosis be legit or was it a codeword for "fuck off, you'd be too much effort"? I can hardly believe I'm not as fucked as I thought. Should I get a second opinion?
>>77516608If he said you hate tight muscles but didn’t give any stretches at all to relax them and ease your pain, either he did and you weren’t paying attention or disregarded it as BS or you should get a second opinion.
What the actual fuck did I just watch. I thought this was edited/looped at first. What the FUCK is this nigger doing.
