Where do you source your supplements? Especially herbal. What's worth price and whats just dirt in capsules they say they tested?

This video is a great place to start: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Cy3WxRVKWU

One thing not mentioned was taurine. I think it is promising.

For me, I usually look at brands, and their consumer lab reports. You should consider a food diary, but certain nutrients like iodine and DHA+EPA are not tracked by most, so take some time to study about historical and common nutrient deficiencies.

One uncommon tip is to opt for algae oil over fish oil. Not only is it vegan, but has zero environmental toxins, which is hard to do for the nutrient.

There is an old as fuck study about taurine boosting significantly lifespan on mice. Been taking it for years. But theres always some autistic retard who rolls on the ground while yelling BUT WE ARE NOT MICE

Finally these were on sale. Will they do anything?
Also missed out on cheap Citrulline and Beta Alanine, feels bad man.

The effectiveness of a supplement is directly proportional to the shinyness of the label

Is he high af?

Right, and it fills me with immense sadness that I missed out on the previous design Joint-X. Absolute work of art that packaging, and even the little capsules itself matching it. One of the few basic products I don't have in my collection. New ones still have the Scitec logo on them but they are translucent capsules.
They look a bit weak in terms of content, and I think I will only take 2 a day to save money (and then we can say that's why they didn't do anything). I missed out on the Builder Glucosamine-Chondroitin-MSM too that was much better value, fuck.

I take cumin, multivitaminic-multimineral and other things such as creatine.

What brand of cumin do you take? Interested.
