I don't track my steps because I'm not a trend chasing retard
>>77517701I have to stop walking so much it impacts my recovery from heavy squats and spikes my metabolism to the point where eating clean becomes a fucking hassle
>>77517709Im trying to lose some weight so I will continue at roughly this pace for another 2 weeks then just eat to about maintenance and grow into 88kgs over time
I don't track my steps, but the last time I bothered counting my steps, I did 105 steps per minute and I walk an average of 250 minutes per day.
>>77517741Whats you job? Mail mam?
Is it possible I injured myself from walking? I used to be a lazy fuck doing only 5k steps/day (software developer WFH), and for the last month I've been averaging 15k. Now I have a weird pain on my leg since yesterday. I've narrowed it down to either >Distal fibular stress reaction/fractureorPeroneal tendinopathybut I'm hoping it's nothing and it goes away soon. Any thoughts?
>>77517701Theres zero reason to be counting your steps. The 10k steps thing was made up by an Asian pedometer company to promote their product
>>77517701avg 17-18k on work days, 25k if I go out after work, like 6-8k on my days off if they are rest days
>>77517769Are you walking within confined spaces such as your apartment? Then yes, walking in circles with sharper turns n corners is far more taxing on tendons and ligaments than walking outside.Just give it a rest for a week and stop worrying, LLMniggers have 90% of that shit wrong. If it's cardio you're after get a fucking bike, walking is for morons and thats coming from someone who averaged 30k steps an entire summer 6 years ago
>>77517799Thanks for the input. I'm walking out in the city, but I'm in Europe so I'm walking on shitty sidewalks and lots of cobblestone. Hopefully the LLM is wrong. It is cardio that I want, but I'm in Madrid and biking here is a fucking nightmare, what with the insane drivers and the idiot Paki deliveroo shitheads.
>>77517805Bro either buy a bike n get a compatible treadmill setup, or opt for a zwift bike (purely inside) and hook it up to a game of ur choice, compete in tournaments etc. It's so much fun!Yeah looking at jewgle imgs the streets of madrid are uneven as shit, no wonder ur legs gave up. Just rest. LLMs are fucking niggers every injury I've sustained has been catastrophic according to them, but after 2w of rest it's all good.If you want to prevent future injuries n basically temper urself quickly, hop on thw wolverine stack TB500 + BPC157, which are injectable peptides (subq into the fat like insulin) that speed up the recovery of soft tissues. Not only will you heal in a fraction of the time with the BPC, but the TB will prevent future injuries. Might be needed since u just went from being a vegetable
>counting stepsIs this autism?
169k so far still fat as fuck tho
My step count is really inconsistent, because it mostly just comes down to whether I ran that day.I haven't been running much lately and haven't done any long runs, so it's pretty low this month.
>work has "back2fit" program thing to win some prizes top being 1000 bucks>never really used this BS step app and health thing mite b cool>based on steps and moving>12-16k steps a day + gym>doin good like 2500pts a day>high up in the ranks first few days>turns out there is a thing you can do to instantly get the max points per day (4500)>end up being way in the back because everyone has max everythingall my rage
i don't think stepcount matters unless it's actually the only activity you've ever done.most steps I've ever done was one day on vacation at okinawa I walked for 11 hours . The body adapts pretty quickly to walking a lot, the first 3 days or so it's painful but after that I can walk very long without discomfort
>>77519671Walking is the only cardio I do. Been walking on the beach a lot lately. Burns a lot of energy
>>77517805Try coming to Lisbon ya pussy; climbing mountains every day.
>>77517701I don't know; I forgot to count! :(
