Will these go away if you gain muscle?
>>
>>77518493
No you need to do mobility drills and gain strength and adapt your CNS so it fires the muscles right
if you do these drills and strength exercises you will gain muscle as an ancillary effect but the hypertrophy itself isn't the fix

front-rack elbow rotations - find a way to load this movement, what i do atm:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1WxWFbPmok
without barbell, holding rubber in palm and then it goes along forearm and is hooked on elbow and you reach as far back (behind ear) with palm and high and across body with weighed down elbow as you can
do not elvate shoulder - it stays DOWN

if it's nerve damage u're fucked, but if it was u would be utterly and completely disfigured, you aren't, they're just winging, it's muscle damage from "gymming" and sleepy inactive serratus

Anchor one end of a light resistance band behind you at about elbow or shoulder height.
Stand side-on or facing away from the anchor.
Place the free end around the working forearm, just above the wrist, or hold it in the working hand.
Set that arm in the front-rack position.
Rotate the elbow through the exercise while the band pulls the forearm backward or downward.
Keep the shoulder relaxed, ribs stacked over the pelvis, and avoid twisting your torso.
- what chat said, it's mostly correct

wtf I have never heard of this exercise before and I went to PT before for my shoulder
I was told to do open book exercises and similar things for thoracic mobility but this is activating shit I struggled to before. Thanks.

:D no, it's a completely the opposite bitch bot gpt, scapula rotates out and around ribcage with my

jamming scaps together like in "open le book" is exactly what you want to avoid at all cost especially under load - yes it can lead to nerve damage as shit get's mangled between shoulder BLADES

yeah rubber pulled from behind, hold it up with other hand on point of elbow - i can clearly feel serratus this way, if i pull from below it dings delt and serratus tension seems flimsy
