I wouldn't say it has changed a lot. Still the same shit, not as active since 4chan was shut down a few years ago a lot of people jumped off. I think fitness in general is a lot more solved. Most people have an outlet to express themselves in today's world and fitness and anime and all the stuff 4chan was used as an ecosystem for a is a lot more widespread. The people on here are just the stragglers or just come here to read moto threads or old humor posts for some nostalgia.

In all its the same just not as active, I think there is still good info here and there but for the most part better to actually research stuff than go straight here.

There used to be epic threads just randomly. I always figured it was two guys that knew each other that did the Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage threads. The SIR comics, before SIR left and never returned.
