One of my favorite and quick to prepare snacks is spreading yogurt on a sandwich bun, adding some cheese and a can of 160gr tuna, finally topping it off with some slices of smoked turkey and a bit of mayo. I thought I found the perfect mid-day snack to get me from breakfast to dinner but apparently tuna is dangerous if you eat it everyday? Is this true, and if so, how much is too much? What to replace tuna with?
>>77519877You can eat a lot of tuna if you're not pregnant, nursing or possibly conceiving soon. It's danger is mostly to sex cells and developing fetuses. Nature has coped with mercury for millions of years which is why a lot of the big fish have selenium content to match their diet. It binds mercury. You can do the same thing with a lot of heavy metals suppliment selenium.
Tuna disrespected my city and named my fish. It's like eating fish in another planet might as well sell it to Jesus or someone running a better black market scheme or tuna is dad of stealing
