Fuck creatine and fuck bald headed creatine shills. Simple as.
>>
>>77522163
>>makes you bald
You would've gone bald from your shit hairline genes anyways. Balding is usually genetic anyways. You just rolled shit in the genetic lottery.
>>makes your face break out
Acne is also likely genetic. Acne is also related to roided as acne has always been known as a side effect.
>>makes your gut and face look stuffy and fat
Either roiding (some of them do have water retention as a side effect), or, drinking too much water and eating too much (literally getting fat and the high sodium causing water retention)
>>but hey at least you’ll be able to lift 5-10% more!
Depends. My experience is that it doesn't make much of a difference. But I've always eaten a lot of meat so I get plenty of creatine from my diet.
>>
>>77522163
Creatine gives me diarrhea; if I dissolve it in hot water for about half an hour, it usually doesn't cause any issues, but I don't know if doing so ruins its properties
>>
>>77522163
What it actually does, based on my experience:
>nothing
>>
>>77522233
It’s been proven that creatine only has an effect if your test levels are high. Low test individuals will feel zero effects from creatine
>>
>>77522223
>you would have gone bald
Bullshit nigger. My barber compliments me for my good hairline and I stopped taking that powdered shit 2 years ago. I was not "going bald anyway".
>>
>creatine helps you lift harder
>lifting harder increases T more
>increased T results in increased DHT
>accelerated balding
Your genes are shit and you would go bald anyways
>>
>start creatine
>notice that my acne is going away completely
>notice that my hair is thickening
>massive amounts of energy

Lifehack.

Meat has way more than big supplement lobby says, test it by eating 1lb of meat for a few days in a row and controlling bloat by using carbs, water, salt+nutrients as a constant.
>>77522190
Taking extra just makes you piss out creatinine, the stack is something like activated charcoal b vitamins creatine and niacin to flush it out or else it dumps the thc more into your piss.
>>
>>77522314
>high cortisol busy body
>runs on rest days
>bad at monitoring fatigue levels as
Pushing through bad sleep and working out hard every day is probably the answer here. You can also increase your recovery and endurance but not whilst.
>>
Meh I take it for the mental effects I usually feel more energetic and ‘locked in’ when I’m on it. Banging out an extra rep or two is just a bonus.
>>
>>77522369
And btw niacin can not be megadosed, it will make you sick and it flushes everything leading to other nutrient deficiencies.
>>
>>77522369
nah im talking early high school age retardation. i just drank like a gallon and a half or more of water and eventually she called me out that all my tests were diluted and it was going to count as a failure if it happened anymore. creatine levels being out of whack was one of the things she said the urinalysis all mentioned though
>>
>>77522163
My nephrologist said not to take it.
>>
>>77522190
Prbbly not creatine, but creatinine. If it's off, something is wrong with your kidneys or liver, don't remember exactly
>>
>>77522190
>>77522396
Blood creatinine being elevated means your kidneys have lost function. It's bad.
It fluctuates and muscle mass makes it naturally higher. But it rises exponentially as kidney function declines so if you see >1.50 you're fucked.

Urine creatinine depends on a person and muscle mass. It doesn't mean anything about kidneys, they just use it to confirm your collection was complete. If you dilute the creatinine will give it away.
>>
>>77522396
yeah she probably did just misread it, it says if its low its possible kidney damage/lack of protein and high is just excess protein or recovering from a workout. apparently i couldve just filled up the test cup with water from the sink and it wouldve been the same thing. you live and you learn ig

creatine has an anabolic effect rating of 22/35 which is considered "a mild anabolic effect" albeit on the higher end of "mild". Most men have the genetics to lose their juvenile hairline but most men do not end up with "severe" or even "moderate" androgenic alopecia, with the exception of mediterranean European men or Semitic/Hamitic men, a majority of the time. If you're not predisposed to "moderate" or "severe" androgenic alopecia creatine will not make that predisposition a reality. It will NOT cause you to be balder than you're already predisposed to be if you have that genetic predisposition it will probably just cause it to happen sooner if you have not already begun to lose hair in a pattern due to hormonal factors(Androgenic alopecia)

>>
>>77522163
Creatine doesn't cause baldness.

People taking steroids go bald but they blame it on creatine because they can't say they are on gear.
>>
>>77523270
genetics make you bald. AAS and anything with an anabolic effect could exacerbate that but here is the real noise regarding the issue. If you're destined to be norwood 3 via genetics using steroids won't make that worse it'll just get you there faster. This technically does apply to creatine, if the studies implying a 30% to 70% spike in DHT after beginning the usage of creatine supplements are to be believed, to a much lesser degree and that is also ground in reality just based off the fact it has a "mild anabolic effect".

Anecdotally, I always had incredibly thick hair. Lots of volume, hairdressers would always bring up how thick it was, etc. Started creatine, and then I started noticing hair coming out in the shower. Stopped it after a few months and my hair stopped shedding, but it's noticeably thinner now to the point that people have made comments. No other man in my family on either side going back 4 generations has had hair loss, they've all had full heads going into their 90s. My hair loss existed entirely during the period I took creatine and at no other point.
>>
>>77523283
bullshit that no man on either side experienced hair loss when virtually all men don't stay norwood 0. The straight up majority of Southern Europeans, Berbers, and Arabs will end up norwood 5+. Eastern Asian and Northern European men will experience crown thinning with age more than other ethnicities, upwards of 70% according to some datasets, despite not being the most likely to see their actual hairline recede. West and East Africans are on par with Caucasians generally in terms of % suffering from hair loss and don't even get me started about mulattos. Even American Indians, Pacific Islanders, and Eskimos will not retain their juvenile hairlines, or even remain at norwood 1, 70% to 90% of the time and they are either Denisovans, ancient East Asians, or a mix of the two. I call bullshit

NTA, I have absolutely no reason to lie about it. But I took creatine for a long time now but never sticked to it daily like it's recommended to. Always had a head full of hair. I'm 33.
And, during the past year, I sticked to lifting like a mad man in terms of schedules, nutrition and supplements consumption.
So it's the first year in my life that I took creatine pretty much daily. Guess what, I started losing my hair this exact year. Not saying it's creatine but I have to question myself about this.
I'm berber though and it's funny that someone is mentioning berbers in 4chan.
>>
>>77522283
>My barber compliments me for my good hairline
Your barber is entirely reliant on you and their other clients finding him nice to be around to make a living. No barber will tell you
>you're fucking bald and whatever hair you still have left looks like shit, see you next time!
get real
>>
>>77523372
>I'm 33
>Guess what, I started losing my hair this exact year.
30-35 is the window where androgenic alopecia is very likely to manifest, regardless of what you take.

>my grandad died at 114
>he also started eating tomatoes everyday that very year
>therefore tomatoes kill you
>>
>>77523376
it'll "likely manifest" in the 15-24 age range when your hairline will "likely" start peeling back at the frontal temporal gulfs IE "the corners". 25-34 is when the androgenic alopecia will be the most aggressive and will likely bring you to the pattern you're genetically destined to be at. European men in particular are known for getting to NW1-NW3 and stabilizing there for life. Meanwhile Mediterranean Europeans and Semites are just as likely to retain their juvenile hairline as Asians but they're also by far the most likely to suffer from moderate to severe pattern loss. Family History is 85% of the battle and ethnicity is like another 10%. Diet, illness, and supplements take up virtually all of the remaining 5%

I got fired 5 months ago and still unemployed. I've noticed and my gf told me that my hair is fuller and I have more small new hair. Maybe just lack of stress is a huge factor?
>>
>>77523386
stress related hair loss is more common in women than men by a long shot BUT cortisol spiking, I am not wise cracking either, is known to increase the rate at which test and free test convert to DHT which is what binds to androgen receptors on the scalp and miniaturizes hair and kills follicles. Unless you see significant regrowth and were losing hair UNTIL you got fired I would say that this is an insignificant trend
>>
>>77522392
Your nephrologist is a dyel
>>
>>77523384
You sound bald
>>
>>77523402
nah I went from norwood 0 to norwood 1 overnight when I was 20 to 21. I started experiencing a general loss of density at 23 and by 23.5 I was already starting a heavy anti hair loss stack so I am still norwood 1 but the loss of density was notable even with the regrowth I have experienced. I will admit my father and his brother were uniquely bald and I definitely have the genetics to be norwood 7 but judging my other male relatives I would probably end up norwood 3 maybe norwood 3V/Norwood 4A

>>
>>77522948
Fatty on a cope basically.
The "balding" study was one guy literally one guy who was almost 50.
So one guy, not young, probably had MPB, defiantly was taking massive doses and was about 50 and somehow that's a "study".
What a joke.
>>
>>77523283

>>
>>77522163
Litteraly just not true.
The lifting spikes cortisol and from there gives you bald and ED at least has some shaky foundation. Bait with that
>>
>>77523374
and creatine companies rely on paying clients who believe it doesnt cause hairloss or believe they "will go bald anyway"? whats your point
>>

Water weight isn't giving anyone 10% gains. Thats its working mechanism, literally water bloat.
>>
>>77522163
I got a new pre from the store right before the gym the other night. I didn't realize it had creatine as well as 250mg caff a serve. Needless to say I got two PBs and haven't touched cre for a decade...

>makes you bald
That's testosterone
>makes your face break out
That's also testosterone
>makes your gut and face look stuffy and fat
That's eating too much sodium
>but hey at least you’ll be able to lift 5-10% more!
Also not true, as it's actually water retention pressing on cells that help you lift in the same way a weightlifting belt helps you lift heavier weights by giving you something to press against

Get good, loser
>>
>>77524997
Testosterone doesn't make you bald, break out. It's your shit receptors aka weak genes not dealing well with the hormone itself.

DHT doesn't make you bald either, it's your subhuman genetics.
>>
>>77522163
>makes you stronger
>>
Anons please give me a proper rundown on creatine bloating.

I had understood that the bloating mostly takes place in the muscles, as they saturate with creatine and water then binds to the creatine inside the muscles. Even if this leads to some weight gain surely it's a neutral/positive as the extra weight/mass is in your muscles, as opposed to the regular type of bloating in the face/gut/hands/feet/etc caused by excessive salt and carbs which you absolutely should avoid unless you want to look puffy as fuck.

Is this accurate or am I way off?
>>
>>77527038
Yes, but you have muscles everywhere, including your face, so you’ll just look fatter in general
