runner's high - they are all hopeless unaware junkies, it's ridiculous how bad rooning is for you
UPRIGHT POSTURE PACED WALK is everything rooning is wrongly advertised for the upper limit is 40 at a time, the working unit is 15-20 minutes, not not that long actually

when I was forced to run in PE as a teen the only "high" I experienced was the relief when I stopped

>when I was forced to run in PE as a teen the only "high" I experienced was the relief when I stopped
it takes 10-15 minutes to set in then you're just on autopilot
that was my mistake at the beginning when i started waling in upright posture (as good as i could muster, now i know it was garbage xD) in pace on flat, i would go for my walk and i would wind up doing over an hour, one time i went more than was pleasant and yes it wanes off after an hour or so - started feeling the damage i've been doing

yes water can be poison and even upright paced walk can be poison given too much of a dosage, hence:

first time i really felt good rooning was when i was doing cooper test, 12 minutes of sustained roon and u measure the distance, i had to do 3k and i did, no less but no more either xD just a passing grade, half the class did not pass - phys. ed. masters, after my year they lowered the distance to 2800 xD

all the things enumerated in the picture -> >>77524727
start happening at 4 minute mark, yes between sprint and middle distance length is ALL that is permissible, but why bother? there is nothing to be gained, especially that rooning is even harder to properly perform than walk

learn to walk, walk, perfect walking form - this picture
>but it doesn't feel right, it's theatrical, i don't feel like a king
when u feel release in lower abdomen, u reached that gait

remember that day when i stood in line in a store and suddenly realized i am standing on 2 completely straight balanced legs without any effort whatsoever, i CAN replicate it and i do "train" it, i was so relaxed that could fall asleep like that, same with walk, it's gotta be so good, so comfortable that you don't tire or cramp anywhere at all, that you're completely unfazed by the activity

I'm sorry but cardio in general as an activity is the absolute fucking worst. Just pure torture.
If you want to get in better shape or improve your cardiovascular health, just play soccer, or get into rock climbing, or something like that.
