I think i'm going to bite the bullet.4 years ago I managed to lose 35kg just diligently counting cals and going to the gym, but gradually regained. Last year I tried again and lost 10kg, but lost momentum too and got back to fat fuck levels at 30+ BMI.That first time was a period I was fueled by novelty and hope. I felt really accomplished for the first time in life, but my resolve and willpower deteriorated a lot since them and nowadays I feel like shit.Maybe joining the GLP train will bring me back the hope that life is worth it.
>>77524650Just follow these rules1. Don't drink sugary drinks or alcohol2. Limit junk food to a tiny amount3. Eat until 70% full4. Eat lots of protein5. Drink water if you get hungry outside of meal timeDon't even need to count calories to lose weight.
I drink black tea in the morning.I think this is helping me lose weight.
>>77524926>trying to teach a veteranYeah its easy when you are happy with life, mentally stable and motivated enough to keep the process running smoothly everyday for months. Not when you are a hint of boredom away from ordering food because fuck it.The point is turning an active process that feels like an odyssey fighting basic instincts into a mostly passive one that runs in the background.
>>77524961you either want it or you don't. 35kg is a lot and youre a disgusting fat lazy bastard. I can fucking guarantee you'd feel better about your life if you slept and ate well
>>77524952Fluoride maxing is not the smartest way to lose weight, anon. Tea is for orientals. Try a hot cup of black coffee instead.
>>77524650You're going to be stuck on those jew drugs for the rest of your life because the second you come off you'll gain every pound back (+tip). Fix your discipline and your life or you'll be stuck on those + dealing with surprise side effects
it takes some work on yourself to eat like a proper person with your body should, people skip that part when they drop the weight my best advice is to lose weight slowly so that YOU can get used to the new life style
>>77524650in a similar boat, but i've been +/-60 pounds for twenty years and never reached a healthy weight. i like you, i know how to lose weight. i know what works, i know what doesn't, i know what triggers my bad choices, etc. based on my track record, i am simply incapable of escaping this cycle. i'd basically given up and got on tirz as a last resort. it feels like magic. i'm never hungry. i don't have the compulsion to mindlessly munch on shit every time i sit in front of a screen. i am eating because i know i need to eat something, not because i want to. highly recommend it if you're at the end of your rope like i was.
I'm too scared to buy grey market injectablesI'll never make itnormal BMI forever, never truly leanassuming I don't start regaining weight fml...
