I'm currently 6ft 1 at 194lbs and currently cutting but my arms are only 14.2 inch arms. The direct arm exercises which I do are the close-grip bench press which I'm currently doing 132lbs for a 2x10 (reduced volume because of cut) and the straight bar bicep curl which I'm doing 75lbs for 2x10. I would consider myself a intermediate lifter since I have for a long time I no longer have been able to add weight to my lifts every session or even every week. When I was bulking I was only adding 5lbs every 6 weeks on my bench press. So how long and up to what weights do I need to get to have 16 inch arms?
>>77532861just wanted to say you look absolutely insaneeee
>>77532861I refuse to believe those arms are only 14.2 inches. Are you measuring properly. Mine clock in at 16.5 with a pump and you look way more jacked. Pic related. But I guess do more weighted pull ups and chin ups. It’s impossible to have small arms if you’re strong on both those lifts with good form.
>>77532893That’s cope. I was very good at pull ups but only had 14 inches arms. Curls and tri extensions are the only way for mine and most likely op’s to grow beyond that
>>77532861I have 16.5" arms (I weigh 79kg - 174lbs, just so you know I'm not some bloatlord with fatceps) and I'm actually not that strong. I curl 17kg dumbbells, can get a good set of 10. Preacher curls, I only do 30kg, high reps like sets of 16 (my buddy who's in excellent shape specifically told me not to go heavy on these because he tore a bicep doing that), my max bench is 100kg x 6. natty obviously16" arms aren't hard to get. Definitely train your arms, they won't grow from compounds alone >>77532893I don't think the guy in the pic is OP lol, arms are clearly much bigger than 14" and that guy is obviously stronger than the lifts OP said
>>77532861If you want big biceps train them more. You only do 2 exercises and most likely hold back on them
>>77532987Yea seriously, OP’s pic is pushing 18 inch arms, especially if that person is tall. Goal physique though.

>lying about having 14 arms while at 16 to make 16ers start doubting themselves>lying about being 5'8'' while at 6'2'' to make 6'0ers start doubting themselves
>>77532861I have 17.6 inch arms at around 25% bodyfat at 5'10 220lbs and I'm scared of cutting. Luckily I don't seem to carry a lot of fat in the arms and shoulders, since I can still see the veins pop out, just in the gut and love handles. Still scared shitless of cutting. Any way to prevent arm size loss by any means necessary besides roids? I know I will lose like 1-2 inches or something, but still.
>>775328865'10" 200lbspam arms. target each muscle. 3x12 every other day for months
>>77533364Not even the same person lmao
>>7753335017.6" @ 5'10" 220lbs 25% is thin as hell while being fat as fuck. it's insanely fucking bad.when i was young and natty, i was at 5'10" 210lbs 15% 18.5in no pump/19.6in pumpedi'm currently at 20in no pump, but it looks thin compared to the rest of my body. only way to prevent arm size loss while cutting whether ur natty or not is by lifting as heavy as possible. if you add more volume and useless dropsets while cutting, it will go even faster. next is genetics as some ppl seem to lose arms 1st while some retain arms nicely.
>>77532861Really heavy barbell curls (5-8 reps) + light weight high rep (25+ reps) one arm dumbbell curls
>>77533438Your on roids and brown though
>>77533438If they appear thin it's because your forearms are lagging behind.
If you get fat you can get arms with a large circumference easily. An untrained 240 lb fat guy will have like 15" arms just by existing.
>>77533438Holy body dysmorphia
>>77533438not him, but I doubt your measurements when you were "natty", it takes ages for natty lifters to get to 16 inch arms and forever to reach 17-18, especially if you're below 6'
>>77533438Those arms are both huge and dogshit at the same time wtf, balance your roid cocktail
>>77533505those were my results after 5 yrs being natty, but i simply maintained what i gained after 3 years. it don't and shouldn't take long to reach 16".. even with the worst genetics. people with bad arms train their arms laughably bad while not even using their target muscles more than 50%.. the natty take long time to build myth is fraudulent. longest time goes to building a solid foundation to build more upon.. aka progressive overload, and you will peak ur natty limit sooner than you think. natties look worse and thinny as they cut, but at 15% bf, you can look pretty good..
>>77533364try measuring perpendicular to humerus next time no, you don't measure through the thickest peak of biceps AND triceps cause it's at an angle to humerus
>>77533540>the natty take long time to build myth is fraudulentthat's actually true bitch bot gpt, if the exercise works it works near instantly :D and you reach the final size in couple of months at mostthis side-pull is firecracker for biceps :D keep yo elbow forward, yes it does both heads but if exercise doesn't work it means that it's utter fucken garbage movement, pick random body part that "exploded" say u got big whamanly thighs and arse from squats - adductors, glute medius and VL overgrowth and acquired hips sat back and external rotation you experienced - yes there is exact same efficacy equivalent for pec, delt, abs etc :D u just never did it :D never found it :D that's GREAT NEWS isn't it :D ? > but brachialispull from below up with both arms handcuffed at wrist with rubber >but brachioradialis same but hammer grip, and same - undulate at around 90 degs of elbow flexion > so u don't need to go reverse grip on those for brachioradialis ? nah, i don't think so, i feel brachialis in both variants but brachiradialis definitely popped as well, but i will keep experimenting, reverse "grip" like pronated forearm just feels awkward it's not neu, the previous thread just "inexplicable" died xD >>77529748>>77530058also me: >>77533618
