What are you taking?
How much are you injecting?
What weight did you start at and how much have you lost?
Questions & queries?

>What is GLP-1?
GLP-1 agonists are medications that help lower blood sugar levels and promote weight loss. They are available with a valid prescription (commonly known as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro/Zepbound, etc) or via the gray market in the form of peptides.
>How do I get on GLP-1?
For the legal brand-name products, you need to have a valid prescription, but it can be very expensive. If you want them as peptides, they are available via the gray market, which is a much riskier area for a siginifcantly better quantity and price.
>How do I get into the gray market?
Stairwaytogray's main website at www.stairwaytogray.com is the one and only place to start. There are many great guides covering all areas for new players to the scene.

Several points to note:
>Mods will ban you for positng direct links to gray market sources, so don't risk it
>There is absolutely no such thing as GLP-3. It is a common ignorant and uninformed term spread by social media influencers. This includes GLP-2 (which is unrelated to weight loss and is for Crohn's Disease), GLP-4 and GLP-5. They're all false and uneducated terms
>NEVER follow the advice of any social media influencer on any mainstream platform under any circumstances. This especially includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. The consequences are disastrous and even fatal
>The gray market is volatile and legally risky. Do your research, learn basic cryptocurrency and focus on your personal security and privacy, and never spend more than you are willing to lose

As always, stay safe and be smart.

And finally:
>Ignore all non-GLP-1 substances...within reason (Cagrilintide, for example, is fine). /fraud/ exists for other substances
>Filtering your peptides is optional but is recommended. It won't purge any potential endotoxins, but it'll clean up other particulates

>No one cares if you don't like or need GLP-1 injections. Go have a sook in another thread if it irritates you so much
>Do not engage with the DNPtranny. DNP is fine, being a total fuckwit about it is not
>Go to /fph/ or /fraud/ if you feel like a morally superior faggot. We get that the world is becoming skinnier and you're losing your pathetic bullshit bullying powers as a result, but pick your fights elsewhere, as we don't give a shit about you

TIRZ

KING
>>
>>77543164
Yeah, people lose muscle because they jab and don't exercise or gym it. Surprising that you kept muscle on Tirz though, most GLPs that aren't Reta don't help retain muscle mass.
A win is a win.

Cant you just stop eating though? I mean what happens when you stop taking it?
>>
I am on reta 1mg E3D and i can barely eat some soup plus some baked chicken. Feels amazing bros. I should have started glps years ago
>>
>>77543549
You'll get the hunger pangs back, but people are reporting that very slowly titrating down to nothing over a long period helps the initial hunger pangs. Plus, if you've maintained good discipline with exercise and diet, you should be able to manage well.
I suspect users of GLP-1s over many years will have had their brains rewired so I guess we'll see.

>>77543558
It's awesome, same here.

>Surprising that you kept muscle on Tirz though, most GLPs that aren't Reta don't help retain muscle mass.
What I meant to say is that before going on a glp, I was apparently already protein deficient if I'm supposed to be getting close to 100g a day.
>>
>>77543436
went from 275 to 215 in 4 months
only at 4mg a week but tired of feeling like shit. my goal weight is 195 but I'm gonna start titrating down cause I want my quality of life back.

TIRZ IS KING
>>
Just dropped from 15mg to 7.5mg of tirz.

3rd week 2mg Tirz. The lack of food noise is astonishing. I used to think about what I would eat for dinner while I was eating lunch.

I was able to use nicotine + willpower to hold myself at 6’2” 190lb (but bad cholesterol and normal weight obesity), but wanted to quit nicotine and knew my appetite would explode. I’ve been on annd off various forms of nic for years (smoking, vaping, pouches), and every time quitting was miserable. Decided to wait until second injection to quit nic this time and it was obscenely easy. Small appetite spike (not nearly as bad as previous times), minor irritability, chewing a lot of mint gum. But thats it. Also I generally feel better and less retarded and my knees don’t have random inflammation. Only side is the slowed digestion. Not constipation, but the food > shit timeline is now 48 hours instead of 12.
>>
>>77543349
>peptides! hormones! caffeine!! i love jewish chemicals in my body :)
why can't you people do anything on your own
>>
>>77544459
15mg of tirz here and still food noise like crazy. but I can’t eat a lot so it still works
>>
>>77544470
I’m this >>77544459 anon.
I was not technically overweight. Shitty body comp, but I didn’t really care about how I looked. I was perfectly able to maintain 180-190lb. I started tirz because I was tired of thinking about food all the time. Something the “willpower only” crowd doesn’t ever seem to address is that you CAN maintain a normal BMI through CICO and willpower. But that just manages the negative effects of food noise, it doesn’t eliminate the food noise. I couldn’t go 5 minutes without thinking about food. It’s been that way since I was a little kid, there was never a time I wasn’t thinking about my next meal or a snack or something like that. It was unbelievably distracting and unpleasant. Maybe there was some kind of therapy I could do to address that, but I wasn’t going to give $100s to talk about food trauma or some retarded nonsense.
I don’t understand why this tilts people so hard.
>>77544472

>>
>>77544492
>I don’t understand why this tilts people so hard.
Being fat is seen as a moral failing. You're a weak person, you're gluttonous, you're lazy, so being fat is a punishment. You being absolved of that punishment without having to suffer like they did is an injustice to them. Part of this is because we still pretend that we're more than our bodies. The 'soul', the 'rational mind', there's this idea that 'you' are inside your head and should be able to withstand whatever signals your body is sending to cause bad habits. And now you get this drug that bears the burden for you? 'You' are just taking the lazy route again.

didnt sleep at all for the past 2 nights just restless in bed with tingling skin
all cause i missed a dose
im guessing my body is releasing adrenaline cause it thinks im starving or something

tired of having low social drive
low stamina at the gym
inability to eat certain food cause it sits in your stomach all day (fish)
general hatred towards food

I just want to feel normal again.

might switch to tirz but i only have about 15-20lbs left to hit my goal weight
lost a ton of muscle too cause i didn't work out but fuck it at least i look good in clothes now

honestly bro i barely ate
i was never hungry and food made me tired
lost a good amount of muscle as well

Lesson of the day: do not try to take GLP1 and SGLT2i together as they could cause non-diabetic ketoacidosis when your blood sugar drops too low

Took tirzepatide for half a year now, took a month off for my japan trip where most of my weight went away within a week. I went from 210 to 175 naturally because I was going to meet my then ex at the time. From 175 I decided to take tirze because my best friend convinced me.

Going on maintenance now by reducing my dose by 0.5mg per week while ramping up my gym activity (already doing 2-3x a week prior to tirze).

You will make it bros, I used to have zero likes on dating apps and now I have to pause my account to actually go on dates. I put my brother on tirze as well since he saw my progress on it.
>>
>>77544459
Getting rid of alcohol and nicotine addiction is one of the first benefits of tirze actually so you had great timing

>>
>>77546655
The first time I took 2.5mg of tirz, I was already feeling the effects by the next day, so it doesn't sound weird to me.

Drugs injected subcutaneously generally take 5 minutes to get into your blood
>>77546486
SGLT2i on its own can cause it if dosed too high
>>77545992

>>

usually takes 24 hrs to kick into effect, you’ll feel it between 48-72 hrs at its strongest then begin to taper off

cosplayer name? these bitches make me hard
>>
Slowly but surely
>>
>>77546417
I mean, you did exactly what you were not supposed to do. Barely eating (7kg per month is insanity) + no gym. My guess is anything over 5-6kg is too much and you are not supposed to lose more than that if you are high protein anyway. 5kg per month is insane fatloss anyway and losing 7 on shit diet and no gym you are probably losing 5,5kg fat and 1,5kg muscle which is shit trade.

Also if you are over like 12-15 yo, higher test wont grow your dick my man.
>>

>>
i'm scared. its been about 2 days and 16 hours since I last dosed my reta. I'm at 4.5mg. Everything seems pretty good I have been on it since March 1st. I have stalled the last 4 months and gained a bit.

I got tirz ready to go since lots of kino motherfuckers are saying to combine the two because its godly. I'm just afraid of what i'm going to feel like. Should I take it now? and how low should I go? 0.5, 1?
>>
>>77547973
See here >>77541643
>>
>>77546765
>SGLT2i on its own can cause it if dosed too high
Yeah probably. I think the constant peeing caused my blood sugar to fall too low while ketone levels increased rapidly and eventually I felt completely miserable. Took two days to feel better without hospital treatment just by eating more candy.
>>
>>77548095
I am the same anon and I read that but whatever i'm just gonna do 1mg see what happens. hope I dont die
>>
>>77547973
Reta does suppress your appetite as well as tirz on higher doses. The only upside of tirz is that it's much gentler on the body in people like me who suffer massive side effects from glucogan activation from reta.
>>
>>77548143
the only sides I get from reta is uh, idk. at 5mg I felt more palpitations so I just dropped it back to 4.5mg and now I feel normal again. also the gastrointestinal stuff but nothing severe or bad. i'm just going to do 1mg tirz for now and i will report back. what I am looking for is significant appetite suppression and food noise suppression. for the first 2-3 months on reta it was godly. now its there but its like a ghost and I still have to put substantial discipline into it
>>
>>77548153
Have you considered upping your reta dose?
>>
>>77548170
yeah like I said i tried 5mg and it felt like too much. upping it just doesnt seem tk do anything but give me more sides now.

and I just pinned 0.5mg of tirz cause im a pussy and I remember my first time pinning reta I started out at 0.5mg and it felt like I was on Adderall for a week

I feel like im already feeling it btw wtf

Danger is relative
The only real issue with DNP is blindness and we have newer generations of uncouplers that don't have that issue
>>

as long as you're keeping it refrigerated it's probably fine. i've considered doing that to save money but stuck with 2.5 pens instead.
>>
>>77550499
Yep.
Tirz also lasts up to 3 months in the fridge. There's been many tests done; it's a majorly sturdy peptide. Sema and Reta unfortunately only last a maximum of 6 weeks.

Currently on real deal zepbound, 15 mg max dose weekly from the ez shot that comes in 4 packs. It got me from like the ~340 zone to 275. So that's awesome but I've been plateaued for half a year. Once I got near this weight the lifelong compulsion for sweets and fast food really came back, while my motivation to weight lift dropped. I'm grateful it got me down from 4XB to 2XB shirts but it seems I need extra help.
The other problem is I just turned 26 so I lose my dad's insurance at the end of the month. My own employer's insurance doesn't cover GLP1s whatsoever. And $720 a month is not sustainable.
What do you guys think I should do next? Try a higher dose of tirzepatide (what zepbound is) from a gray source? Try switching to retatrutide? Something else?
What's the lead time on getting a supply for someone in the Midwest US?

Do Gray Market Tirz first, and then explore outwards.

Not taking any of this shit if I have to inject it. Are the pills bullshit?

Just inject it. It's so easy and painless you'll forget you ever had apprehensions about it by the 2nd shot.
Yes the pills work but they require a much higher dosage, are less effective, and have higher side effect rates.

You’re thinking inject as “needle in vein”. The reality is it’s like a little 1/5 inch long poker skinner than a pin that you just jab into your thigh. It hardly feels like anything.

how?

So one aspect like I alluded to is the suppression of appetite and food noise mostly went away as I got toward that weight. So I've been able to not eat myself back above that, but trying to go lower feels like what it was like before I started the medicine at a higher weight.
The other factor has just been what's happening around me. My parents finalized their divorce in that February-March time and that affected me mentally and emotionally a lot more than I expected it to. Honestly, I might be generally depressed, I've taken anti depressants in the past but didn't find them very reliable for improving how I felt.

Did you reply to the wrong post? My post was about the pills.

Sure. I just assumed you're a pussy who's too afraid to inject because he's deathly afraid of needles or something. Am I wrong?
