Just get some lip filler and go to the gay bar god decided ur a bottom

unironically PT. curing pelvic tilt is their bread and butter. be prepared to be humbled by doing bodyweight exercises that make you more sore than your heaviest squat.
>>
>>77545161
Claude gave me 5 stretches to fix it, but it'll take 6 months or more. Basically, you need to work on the glutes and hip flexors. I'll be sure to report back when I'm done to let you know how it went.

I like the psoas schizo. When he calls people bitch bot gpt it cracks me up. Idk why everyone gets so fucking mad but it kinda adds to it. I love how he never responds to hate and is always on topic even if he makes no fucking sense at all. Like it's so baffling yet presented with overwhelmimg confidence every time.

pilates

Glute/ham/ab isolation training, sitting as little as possible, plank a few minutes in the morning focusing on tilting pelvis by tensing abs.

>>77545179
Damn I miss getting a sick lat pump from doggy style sex. I remember that my back and hip flexors were even sore the next day sometimes.
>>
>>77545161
I had pretty bad APT and I literally just started flexing my abs and thrusting my hips forward whenever I was standing or walking. Went away after a couple months.
>>
>>77546434
how do you flex your abs, the sucking in towards the belly or expanding outwards and holding?
>>
>>77546434
Funny, this is what I do as well. I'm basically just doing a posture check every now and then and flex my core and thrust my hips forward as well, though I try to do it in a way that also doesn't tense my buttocks.
>>77546439
I just tense my core slightly, imagine someone is going to punch you in the gut, flex your abs like that but at like 10% of the effort.

>>77545471
i guess my description proves that i finally got it cause you deleted it bot :D cool

no do not flex "hips" don't "thrust", neither are you flexing abs, in actually you want abs relaxed and elongated almost pushing gut out sensation and ditto for glutes - as much "anterior pelvic tilt" as you can muster, until you hear the crackling in the most lower back, with all of that you want pelvis pushed forward as fat as it goes, legs ought to be relaxed and completely straight in knees - if you manage all that it's the multifidus governing your spine and posture now, FINALLY, it's a very fine very subtle balance between the 3 that results in good posture, it's very relaxed, the tension is slight on all 3 as it should be cause postural load is of LOOOONG duration

> but abs, i want six-pack abs, i am pretty sure i have at least some glutes but i always wanted abs
picture, it's the hips skoot backwards that's turning abs ON in the cable abs crunch, yeah it will be easier to rest upon abs relaxed and elongated when they will be healthy and ample
abs ought to be felt during cable crunch skoot back in and below sternal area - above belly button is where the bulk of muscle belly resides

untilt your pelvis
>>
>>77545161

I had this and I fixed it. Doing stretches and stuff works theoretically but it takes way too long. The way I did it was I just imagined I had a cup of water in my waist band and if my pelvis tilted forward too much the water spills out.

A way that you can tell if you're doing it right is by putting your hand on the ball and socket joint where your femur meets your pelvis. When you shift between your pelvis tilting forward the ball of the joint will feel like its rotated inward. You need to visualize turning the ball joint so that its facing out instead of in and then you have proper pelvic tilt. Another way to initiate the position if you can't figure out how to move your ball joint correctly is to tense your abs (dont suck it in just tense them like youre flexing) and your abs will lift your hips up and that will place your ball joint in the correct position.

Doing it with just your abs though will also cause back pain, so it's only really useful for figuring out what the ball joint positioning should feel like.

From there you just set your hips in the correct position, focus on keeping them there, and verify that you're doing it right by checking that your ball joint is turned outward rather than inward.

I had to manually keep this position for about a month before it became automatic but once you feel the pressure relieved from your lower back you don't really have any other option.

Hope this helps.

Add raising your head just "up".
You now have perfect posture:)
