Or were truly happy with your recent gym sessions? What made the sessions so good?
>>77545448Literally looks like she's wearing a diaper kek
>>77545454Kek
>>77545448Yes to both prefer left probably
>>77545454Do you even squat or work legs?
>>77545448All 4 look absolutely disgusting
>>77545448Yeah, I hit a new pr today. 100.5lbs side bend. 2 sets of 25. I know it's not the usual exercise or rep scheme people celebrate, but I don't give a shit. I lift for me, I lift for fun. When you stop following all the retarded standards out there, like 1/2/3/4, and just start doing everything, you get way more little victories. Feels good.
>>77545448I got myself into deep water not being strict on form with certain exercises, and so I backed off on the weight some and have been focusing on strict form and going to technical failure.I'm kinda old and already pretty fit so it's been easier on my joints and been pleasant to focus on MMC and the like.
hit lmao2.5pl8 zercher squats today
>>77545448Sometime in early spring before I greenstick fractured my forearm and messed up the ulnar nerve in the process. It's gym it's not exciting mostly hovering around the same numbers switching up some variations changing up intensities.
>>77545448I hit 18 bodyweight pull-ups somewhat out of nowhere like two weeks ago and that was the happiest PR I've had in a whileI also did the ultimate diet for five weeks in August and I got a few prs on the carb up workouts that I can't even do now after going back to eating normally, chiefly 45 for 7 weighted pull-ups and beating my PR on a random row machine I can max out by like six reps.I track all my lifts and get "PRs" almost every session in some capacity but I know it's mainly just because I hope between exercises frequently. I'm perma DYEL mode and I don't think there's really any noticeable difference between myself now and myself a year ago. Since early 2025, I've alternated between wanting to lift and wanting to into endurance cardio and on I've mostly ended up just not dedicating myself to either hard enough and sucking in all capacities, along with some down months where I completely let myself go regarding training in general. I've got a half marathon in a couple weeks and I think I'll probably PR there by a significant margin but it'll still be a shtity 1:45 and a part of me is already thinking, "man, why didn't I just commit harder to running"Pic rel, my running volume over the past year
>>77545448>Whens the last time you hit a PRI increase the weight every month or two on various exercises, but I rarely do anything for PRLast PR I did was 590 on the angled leg press where I failed at 5 reps, but I haven't tried to do it in a while and instead just focused on hitting 12+ clean full ROM reps per set on 500 insteadIt doesn't make sense for me to do anything unless I can do it consistantly and at a proper volume, like I do biceps curls in a maximum tension position at 30 pounds though I can do 50 pound standing curls>Or were truly happy with your recent gym sessions?Yeah, did 3 sets of 7 clean full ROM of the aforementioned 500, could have pushed to 8 on a couple sets but I wanted to do the rowing machine for cardio afterwards and didn't want completely dead legs>What made the sessions so good?Specifically yesterday it was the burn on the biceps after getting off the row machine
just yesterday, managed to hit 5x5 dips for the first time, slow controlled reps with 1 sec pause at the bottomalso managed to do 4x15sec 90degree lock-off with supinated grip though i'm only 4 months in training
>>77545636Nice!
Beep beep beep
>>77545448Three days a week, usually multiple exercises per workout. Rep PRs were a game changer for my mindset
