Gimme lunch ideas that aren’t a pain in the ass. Been doing whey, yogurt, oats, and almonds for breakfast, whey and milk for post workout, and whatever’s for dinner with the family, but I’ve yet to find a lunch option that is /fit/ and doesn’t feel like a hassle. I study and build coding projects before and after lunch so it’s particularly susceptible timeslot for strain and I tend to just go for a chick fil a sandwich to take a walk somewhere and have a break.

I like pork chops in an air fryer or fish. easier choices are sandwiches or a salad with meat/chicken/fish in it

>>77546725Grill some chicken, peppers, onionsPut some shwarma sauce on itWrap it in a pitaIt doesn't have have to be prepared hot or anything. You just keep the sauced mixture in a Tupperware and the pita in foil or a zip lock then just put them together for lunch microwave if you got one but cold is fine.
