You should file a complaint, and hopefully then the employees across their entire franchise will be told to not kick people for every small thing.

We seem to live in some kind of prison, where everyone behaves so stressfully/angrily.

If you don't use too many different machines, then maybe you can set up a home gym (like one corner of the house that has a barbell and 2 dumbells).
