And they are telling him to bulk even further lmao

dyels need to be allowed to, nay, encouraged to, skip leg day
>>
>>77547935
looks more like a jogger than someone who lifts weights
>>
>>77547935
What’s the actual starting point then?

>Take a picture from r/howdoIgetinshape
>Use it to further your anti SS/ squat/lifting crusade you wage literally every single day on /fit/
Ever since I realized that 90%+ of those posts are from a single person it's been quite something to watch it in action

this has been happening for over a decade
these autists just cherry pick to push their agenda or to farm easy (you)s

FYI according to OOP, he's been working for 2 years.
>>
>>77547935
it's not too bad. at this stage he has just skip leg day entirely and focus entirely on upper body until it's evened out.
>>
The Big 3 bb lifts are a meme for hypertrophy, there I said it.
>>
>>77548020
no, they are the foundation of leg, chest, and back day, but won't get you there alone

There's zero chance this guy even hit a 185x5 bench or 135x5 press. How are you supposed to look muscular that way?
Now imagine he trained his way up to a 315x5 bench and 225x5 press. How would he NOT look muscular?
>>
if he worked out his arms more he'd be fine
>>
>>77547935
This looks like low t, high e2. I think this guy has more problems than being dyel.
>>
Is leg day really a waste of time? I did a couple of sets of 2pl8 squat yesterday and i almost risked injury. The ROI is not even worth it
>>
>>77547942
I am of the opinion that since squats are the most unliked compound lift. And people find excuses not to do them. You should do them. If there is an imbalance, then there's an imbalance. Strong legs and back are critical for health.

Visual imbalance *
>>
>>77548332
Still do them. But don't risk injury. The answer isn't to skip squats. Perhaps you need to deload because you haven't mastered the previous weight volume yet. Even if you have to go down. Still do some squats.

i find zercher squats 100x more comfortable than conventional squat - the arms i havent gotten to a point where its not tolerable. but i cant do regular squat comfortably . on zerchers on warm up weight i can just sit in the squat position pausing and its entirely fine, dont think i could with a regular squat maybe im just a not flexible fatty tho

gonna say, he hasnt benched, rowed or OHP'd at all
