Why can't people understand that I'm powerlifter. I am big, not ripped, because it's literally the fastest way to get strong. But it is not even that it's just the "fastest", it's also the safest too. Normies think /fit/ness is purely muh aesthetics and not anything truly physically practical, I hate normies so much it's insane.

Nobody cares, fatty
Lose some wait
>>
>>77551398
If you actually made more than 10-20% extra gains I'd be all ears, but you lose it cutting down to a bodyfat% that doesn't have compounded negative effects that increase estrogen.
>>
>>77551398
>it's also the safest
This would have been much more believable bait had you left this part out
>>
>>77551415
I do make more gains, over time, switching from lean bulk/very slight deficit and hard bulk with cleaner foods. Fat aids in fat synthesis.
>>
>>77551398
You can't keep fasting to binge on less meals or doing not enough in the gym while gaining so much weight. There is no buffer zone, you can lift as much as you want and still be half to one normie meal above in calories.
>>
>>77551417
Cope, the built fatness helps foundation
>>
dude, you are a coping fat slob. no one cares about how strong you are when you look like a an obese turd. lose weight, fat fuck
>>
>>77551515
I'm gonna go for ufc heavyweight, should I do a daily surplus of one or two juice boxes a day?
>>
>>77551517
Uh two
>>
>>77551432
>lift all the time
I am several times smarter than that try again
>eat more than a 300 calorie surplus
You must take me for an unsullied fool, 250 at most.
>>
>>77551519
If you want it to turn all to flab and all of your muscle is just useless size and bloat, you don't WANT to be that hydrated or else you fuck your whole shit up and we start from square one. Go get a diet soda and adjust your standing desk, this is gonma be a while.

>>77551526
Whoever thought it was a good idea to put 5 calories in my mother loving beverage is going to feel really out of shape.

why do you care about the assumptions of normalfags? lift for you, and let the rest pass you by. would you hate a dog because it cannot fly? love the ignorant and dont hold their absolute stupidity against them.
>>
>>77551530
Shut the fuck up you bitch
>throws plastic salad container on the ground and starts breakdancing towards you
>>
>>77551536
>why do you care about the assumptions of normalfags
Purpose of this is to show that THEY instigate conversations and immediately start talking about looks. I do personally care that people do not have the spirit of charity within them but that's it. If I did, emotionally, care 'so much' I wouldn't continue doing what I'm doing and probably be an office drone.
>>
>>77551398
Did you even run an honest control variable experiment to find out if you are majorly losing gains?
>>
>>77551398
the thing about being fat is your not nearly as big and strong as you think you are
Nobody looks at you thinks "wow that's a big strong guy! " They say "lol look at that fucking slob!
What? Actually goes to the gym? Well its not working lol"
>>
>>77551535
i bench 230 and im fairly lean at 77kg bw and 5'10
>>
>>77551398
I kind of get where you're coming from. I sometimes think about doing the whole bulking and cutting thing but can't bring myself to risk it. I even wonder if I could build muscle just by bulking and cutting without much exercise but fuck that.

As other anons said you really won't build muscle, but you will gain permanent strength (if you do strength based training ofc). In my circumstances it is worth it

Would you say that you can bench that much or you can do it all the time and use it for different versions of the lift? I have been doing more triceps and shoulders but my bench hasn't bugged while the other lifts have gone up.
>>
>>77551398
i understand but youre still fat and fat people don't deserve respect
>>
>>77551634
I meant to ask what do you do to train bench that seems to be productive? I can bench 185 but I usually do 3 or 4 sets of 175-155 then some other chest lifts after 10-15 minutes of rest. Alternating wide and narrow grip, arching more or bringing the bar further up once I am doing 155-135.
>>
>>77551541
you do care and thats okay
its extremely normal to care what other people think
thats why saying "i dont care what people think about me" is a controversial statement, because our biological default is to care about how our peers judge us
we all want to be appreciated and respected, but most people don't care how much you can lift unless youre an athlete among people who care
However, beauty is something far more universally admired and respected.

all you gotta do is throw a few strength workouts into your bodybuilding program
on a leg day add a pause squat 3 sets of 6 etc

but also, powerlifters have this fear they wont admit
they were introduced to barbell training by other internet nerds
they read SS, bought into all the online dogma around it, ate up all the lies about "strength base" and "arnold did it" and how abs are made in the kicthen cause doing valsava is the only ab work you need to do lol
they finally found a workout they actually progressed in and went online into echo chambers of other nerds

they trained their bodies to do a very limited set of movements just as much as they trained their minds to be limited to reddit-tier way of thinking
they think they unlocked some secret elite workout and built an identity around it

but now they've sunk so much time into it they are afraid to do something else
but change is the one universal constant
we cant stay attached to certain workouts
our bodies change
our lives change
times change

let go of the barbell fat boy
future you will be glad you lost the weight and gained some muscle mass

youre gonna like the way you look in the mirror and your future kids will thank you

>let go of the barbell fat boy
Soon... I do legitimately have to loss the weight, and practically all my routines too, as I'll be joing the Armed Forces (if not that my family job in construction) and it requires a bw of something at minimum like 165lbs due to height measurement. Have to wait for many more months due to braces lol.
All in all I enjoy my time properly bulking for multiple months as my strength based gains exploded, never had this extreme feeling when I was in highschool. Getting almost 3pl8s in less than 6 months is a euphoric feeling.
