>>7755147130 minutes on a rower is so much less torturous than an hour running or 5 hours on a bike to burn the same calories. Naturally I cycle through 5 different types of cardio to keep my body guessing anyways.
>>77551460desu I really hate seated cardio machines. I’ll take a treadmill or stairmill every time.
>>77551538okay which ones of these are you doing outside? i'd take a bike trainer over an erg any day but the answer really is to go outside.
>>77551460rather a real boat for me, like to row across the bay and backfeels good man
>>77551556I did a fitness gram pacer test and a 2 mile walk outside after my morning weights and 500kcal row.
Rowing is fake cardio. I rowed 5km everyday for months with no results. After switching to 5mph treadmill my dick started working again after 2 weeks. "Zero impact" = zero gains.
>>77551563the fucking fitnessgram pacer test dawg im dyingthat's totally fine though. all my cardio is outdoor biking personally and o prescient strava tells me i do some 750kcal/hr biking at my typical chill effort. my brain can handle 4 hours of biking outdoors with as much pleasure as 20min on the erg though so sure.
>>77551570back when i rowed i had fat shoulders and thighs. not sure what you're up to though but it totally works
>>77551570>he doesn't do bothMany such cases
>>77551713Why should I? Rowing is a waste of time
>>77551722How far were you rowing? How many strokes per minute? On what resistance setting?
For me, it's cycling
>>77551460Have it, did it, decided running mogs it.
>works your arms and legs>high intensity, sprint intervalsCould this unironically replace the gym if you just wanted to get fit by normie standards?
rowing is the only indoor cardio I really like. it just feels good and you get into a flow. nothing else can really match it
>>77551943no
>>77551460I prefer stairmaster because I can keep steady speed and it doesn't fuck up my knee that is basically mechanical at this point like running. Also I might be only one using stairmaster in my gym(not counting some young/middle-aged women who have sessions with personal trainers)
>>77552030yes butwhy not?
>>77551556>outsideNTA but nigga the AQI is 180 I'm not going outside unless I'm at the sea
>>77551943Reminds
>>77553955The Uni-Fliz, the latest in dumbass exercise technology. How could I have forgotten?
