>he fell for the protein and working out meme>he didnt know its 95% genetics and he is always destined to be a fat little DYELKWAB
literally i think this is me i've been working out for like a year now and noob gains lasted 2 months and i havent built any strength at all after that. same story with aerobic fitness, i just did a hike i did last year at virtually the same pace and heart rate, this is after an average of 6-10 hours cardio (various types/intensities but mostly z2) per week for a year. i've never been fit and always struggled with physical activities as a kid. i'm fucking miserable i feel like i should kms

>>77552900>>77552937How do fail at something so basic as fitness It's literally just a step by step process Lift till failure (not just slight discomfort)Increase your weights eventually (progression) Lift 2 or 3 times a weekEat a lot of foodSleep a lot And that's fucking it. Any idiot could do it. Are you guys Indians?
>>77552969because its unironically a nazi talking point, not even concern trolling. They are so entrenched in their genetics pseudoscience that they dont believe that theres any wiggle room at all to change your life.
All of you know what to do but wont cuz you're scared of a little needle

>>77552900Any male who is unironically failing to grow any muscle in the gym probably jumped right into a fluff "Hollywood" bodybuilding routine they found on a men's health website. This is where basic powerlifting routines like Starting Strength are valuable. Getting heavier and grinding heavy compounds like the squat essentially brute forces muscle growth. I know I sound like a delusional boomer saying all of this but there's truth to the idea of building a strength and lifting skill base before moving on to bodybuilding. Some guys are fine without it but others will just spin their wheels at a 150lb BW with no muscle forever.
>>77553816You literally can't fuck things up with an Upper/Lower routine
>>77552969i follow programs and progressive overload, get enough protein and 8.5 hours a night and i'm white. not everyone responds as well as you. it probably helps if you were ever fit in your life, i've never been despite exercising.
