Is raw milk good for you? I saw a reel on tik tok talking about how it’s better for you than pasteurised milk, is this true?

It's just milk
That's all it is, nothing special. Drink it if you want and it fits your macros.
>>
explain how & why unpasturized milk is better
>>

It is.
>>
Sure as long it's from a source you trust.

Pasteurised involves several extra steps over raw. This is your burden. So therefore how about YOU justify pasteurising it.

It tastes better, it removes all the junk I dont want, its more available. Whats next? Asking why I dont eat ground beef raw? How autistic is this place?

Err yeah, that's how reason works. Why do I have to teach you how to argue? If you want to act in some way (e.g. cooking and homogenising milk before drinking it) YOU need to justify it. Otherwise you are flailing around randomly like a spastic.

Raw milk chads don't need mummy to autistically cook their milk before drinking it. It is fine if you wanna do cook it. But just letting you know so far you have provised 0 (zero) arguments against raw.

Raw beef is also good, I prefer cooked but nonetheless you bringing it up is a non sequitor.

>cow hormone fatwater
>is the raw version good for you?
you people are fucked in the head. read up on the history of why we drink milk nowadays. hint: it's because after WW2 they didn't know what to do with all the milk they used for MREs so they dumped the shit on the general population
milk is bad for you
always

When in doubt, follow the rules of brown. If it's brown, don't eat it.

Pasteurized milk is not brown. Therefore it's good to eat.

Even by conventional midwit notions, pasteurized milk is perfectly fine to drink. It's just milk that's been barely cooked. Cooking something liquid on your stove brings it to 212F (higher for solid foods). Milk is pasteurized at 140-165F. So pasteurized is fine. Raw is also fine.

However I would greatly advise against eating cooked meat, which is brown. Raw meats or not at all.

what an unfortunate phenotype, and how even more unfortunate that 99% of human phenotypes are worse

Im asking why you need a reason why people might like regular milk over raw milk you absolutely autistic dork. Im not talking about what the point of an argument is, holy fuck
