Anyone on /fit/ deal with migraines?I started getting them occasionally a few months agoidfk whyWhen it's on I can barely stand reading anything, or anything moving in front of my eyes.Moving/exercising makes it worse.I can lie down or do some slow yoga with my eyes closed, but that's itIt's driving me insane ifk what to do. Doc just shook his head and gave me ibuprofen>Where is itPupils, forehead, right between my eyes. Makes my eyes twinge, my breathe feels hot. It hurts a lot.

>>77554247The pain is between your eyes? Migraine pain is usually localised to one side of the head. Do you get any sensitivity to light? How bad is the pain out of 10? How long are episodes? Any triggers? Any congestion in your sinuses? There's a bunch of different headaches that can randomly come out of nowhere. If it's for sure a migraine triptans (sumatriptan, rozatriptan, etc) work to kill the pain and there are injections you can get now to prevent them. Pretty pricey though
