I am about to get welfare in the state of Massachusetts because I am probably a useless fuck. The only thing I accomplished is being able to do

4 sets 6 reps becip curls
2 sets 3 reps hammer curls
At 150 pounds 5ft7

I still suck at everything so give me tips I am white have 60 IQ so please me gentle
