I got no one to tell this to, so I might as well share with you guys.

I was 160kg (353 lbs) in April, I weighed myself half an hour ago and I'm 130kg (286 lbs). I'm quite tall, so I carried it well, but still, fat is fat. I still have at least 20kg to go.

I did 150 days of walking WITHOUT BREAK. Started at 8km (5miles) and ended at 16km (10 miles) every single day. I never did any dieting or pills or shit like that. Ate normally without overeating.

That's it.

Congrats anon! You are pretty much most of the way there. I know what you said about no diet but do you have any tips on what to eat to feel fuller without overeating?
>>

I've noticed eating smaller portions several times throughout the day works well for feeling full. Gotta make sure it's not high calorie junk shit thought. Can't really give more advice, because it was never an issue for me.

Well done, but walking three hours a day is probably not sustainable long-term, so you should still fix your diet.

That's really great anon, good job. I'm 192cm and started out at 115kg and felt pretty fat then. Can't imagine what an extra 45kg feels like.
You're almost there though! Things start changing a lot internally around 100kg. For me, my blood pressure dropped around there to below dangerous thresholds. I'm at 98kg now and my end goal is 85.

I guess i gotta try that. I don't eat much processed foods but i do eat everything at once so this might be a problem for me.
>>
>>77554839
Oh I am never again overeating. This was it.

Honestly it feels like you have super powers. I was getting winded sloughing out of bed, now I can run several miles without issues. I still prefer walking tho cuz of the joints.

Nigger you have more than 20 kg to lose still. Why do all that work and then stop early?
