How many years did you gain and what had more effect in your glow up, diet, lifting or cardio?

>>77559527>diet, lifting or cardio? You need all of the above to truly look and feel your best. So the actual shakedown percentage-wise doesn't really matter, just do it all anyway.
Lifting had the most positive effect and diet has been my biggest gain goblin (eat well but drink lots of beer).Combined in my life I've done a ton more of cardio than lifting and, while visible gains are more noticeable through lifting, good cardio makes way more of a difference in real life shit. You never need to deadlift 150+kg of shit but when you have to move random shit around several times baseline strength + good cardio really pays off.
>>77559527Cardio. Probably 5-8. Losing weight just does that. I didn't even need to lose weight but still going from 14 to 12% bf does it
>>77559527His face screams 45+ lol the only thing about him 17 is the hairstyle
>>77561104Are you blind? He's clearly in his youthful prime
>>77559527lifting by far and its not even close. I do me some jogging a few times per week but its more for mental health than anything. its a nice excuse to go out and let your mind wander for half and hour while your body moves around.
For me a get clean nutritious diet had effects that nether lifting nor jogging could replicate (disclaimer : I was barely mediocre in both). I'm talking about better /tighter subdermal face fat, minimal water retention, tighter and not fluffy muscles, stuff like that. I think that's what those super famous people do and look good.
