Looking to lean out and lose weight. That said, I am completely unwilling to change my diet. Not giving up my soda, not giving up my fast food. Simple as that. But, if I, say, exercised 2 - 3 hours per day, is this sufficient to get in lean shape and lose body fat?
>>77559847You're pathetic.
you don't have the discipline to eat better, what makes you think you'd have the discipline to exercise consistently enough to lose weight
>>77559858>nooo you have to eat heckin chicken and broccoli everyday to lose weight!!!nah I don't think I will
>>77559866You have the body that you deserve.
>>77559869>You have the body that you deserveNTA but that's not always true. I work as hard as my more swole friend in all aspects (lifting, eating, resting) but can't seem to reach his level even after 12+ years of serious lifting. Genetics is a bitch. But then again, he's bald and I'm not (at 39). Genetics is a bitch.
>>77559858Fpbp>>77559847No it's not sufficient. You can undo the calorie loss from 3 hours of exercise with a single cookie.
>>77559877 aren't you pudgy fat?
>>77559884>pudgy fatIf you consider a guy who struggles to get a hint of a six pack to be "pudgy fat", then sure.My body is what women actually mean when they say they like a " dad bod", pretty much like Daniel Craig in 007 with slightly bigger love handles

>>77559904Yes! You're a very good observer, anon. Now would you be kind enough to post body with timestamp?
>Become vegan>Eat vegan substitutes>Would need to sup Omega 3s, maybe iodine and B12, but most junky vegan foods are fortified in these thingsIf you do this, you will lose 10 pounds, just look up common vegan deficiencies, and supplement them directly because you are lazy, except for calcium. Tofu and almond milk will suffice for this nutrient.>other tips Supplement vitamin D and fast on Sundays

>>77559847No, in reality exercise doesn’t burn as many calories as you think. If you want to have a nice body your diet is what you need to focus on. Since you’re unwilling to change it, you’ll need to change your portion sizes. When you buy fast food eat 1/2 of it, allowing you to split it between 2 days. For soda, drink 1/10 of it. The biggest thing you can do is cut out soda and all other drinks besides water. These sugary drinks is where a significant amount of calories come from and they don’t even keep you full. I’ll warn you that you will be very hungry the first few weeks as your body adjusts, and if you want to feel full you'll need to stop eating fast food and actually get good food like rotisserie chicken, vegetables, rice, etc. which can be purchased for cheaper than fast food. Chances are most people won’t survive eating fast food and losing weight long term because you’ll get hungry enough you’ll end up binging eventually.
>>77559847you can't change your body if you remain with a fat mind, lardass.
>>77559904>>77559910>no body postedI'm afraid your opinion shall be discarded
