Im doing one lift a day because im lazy. I do face pulls and leg raises on alternate days. I picked front squat for my leg movement and chinups for my pull movement. Should my push movement be the overhead press or the floor press?>floor press instead of bench?Idk it seems more old school and looks better in my mind aesthetic
>>77566984Wow the floor press looks more old school and aesthetic? You have such eclectic taste to have that be your criteria to pick lifts! Suck my dick.OHP, having big shoulders is more important than a big chest if you're only doing one, but who cares its not like you're actually going to lift long enough for it to move the needle one way or another.
>>77567117>having big shoulders is more important than a big chestwhy not both ? :D ? >>77565017>>77561319 i just pulled two 1m rubbers standing on em, underhand, played with angles and shoulder positioning, never pressed them out1. don't wanna damage the pair i'm using for NOT OHP2. that is not the point of exemercising, at all, the point is to feel the muscle working, if i don't feel it i do not do it, i make adjustments until i feel ithumerus stays below horizontal in my version, there is no point going higher, it's all traps and levator scapulae beyond horizontal humerus and you lose the tension on delts, i also really like the rubbers kinking on outside of upper arms - it's more delt that way>>77566957>>77565781>Try this: hook rubber on forearm near elbow and press to the front down and across body, keeping elbow bent and you pull it from above and your working side>> Is this pec hypertrophy?>It's both hypertrophy and rehab, this position unglues pec from ribcage>and activates sternal part of pec that is inactive during bench/dipbench is FAMOUS for costochondritis bitch bot gpt, and it happens because pecs are strung over ribcage with retracted shoulders and elbows back, and when the weight goes up pec unwraps from rib-cage and the distance it has to cover shortens violently and that impact falls upon inactive part of pec in vulnerable alignment and it rips like a fucking courtain fron the bottom upwards - very common in roiders that use excessive weights, but you will get it if you get strong enough as natural as well, i had it - the costochondritis, back when i was benching> bench is FAMOUS for costochondritis bitch bot gptsame is true for dips_________________________the chest anchor is good for pictured as well, you just have to double the resistance
>>77566984floor press is a waste of time sadly, even more so than ohp
>>77567205OHP is not a waste of time.
>>77566984>Im doing one lift a dayOP going to be the next mike mentzer when he figures out he only needs one set a week
>>77566984without any questions or doubts, the overhead press
>>77566984beautiful white woman
>>77566984Floor press is dog shit no? It’s like a half rep isn’t it? Why not use a bench? Fuck the haters though if one lift a day is what will help you be consistent and groove the fucking habit, then good for you. Most of the faggots here lift for a few months and have no idea what they’re talking about. Consistency with one lift every day for years is a thousand times better than spending an hour and a half in the gym 5 days a week and burning out in 8 months.
>>77567273I will be the next Mike>>77567297Idk I want one pressing movement and I have no bench atm but in my mind it looks ugly, idk im really autistic >>77567205Ohp is p good for upper chest and side dents tho
