At what age should you consider starting Test Treatment?I'm 35, been lifting religiously since I was 27, I'm in great shape and can run, jump, fuck, lift heavy without problemsMy hairline is thinning, tho, god it hurts
>>77567258ur too lateshouldve started using test when you were 20 thats when build your test foundation even if you use today you will only have half the benefits
You shouldn't. Most of the average decline is due to lifestyle.Reminder that if you want to inject hormones because of a misplaced self-image you're following the exact reasoning and actions of a tranny.
>>77567258Do babies really have more test than 10 year olds?
>>77567258assess ur mood, energy, etc.if ur in good shape and not sluggish, there is no reason to.
>>77567264This. I recently had a testosterone test done at about 4PM and it was 250 something, incredibly low. When I was 30 I had 800 test. Turns out I was destroying my testosterone production by fucking myself with 500mg caffeine all day every day and not eating anything but crackers or some shit.
>>77567289Yes. I was an extremely high test baby. I'd go latch onto random women at the park and suck their milk dry

44. Had blood drawn recently. Overall was 835; free was slightly below normal. Clinic suggested smermolin or something; I asked if test cyp could be described. They said, "It CAN be but you really don't *need it." I insisted they prescribe and it'll arrive in the mail tomorrow. Idk, we gon' see, lol.
Testosterone doesn't decline with age. If you look at all the data, there will be a lot of dudes who even had their testosterone going up since their 20s. It's just that most people let themselves go, do sedentary work, eat junk food, never move, don't even go for a walk. Trt is lile immidiately injecting insulin or jumping in stating at the first sign of prediabetes or arterosclerosis. When both can be fixed with minor changes in a lifestyle and diet.
>>77567258Do you really want to chemically castrate yourself instead of making small lifestyle decisions that add up to a big change in your test levels?
>>7756726020 and just hopped on 250 test thanks for the hopefuel bro
>>77567264Yo super basedYou will be dependant on gay doctors your whole life.
>>77567258I'm 49 and just did my first injection two days ago.My test was 350 ng/dl and my free testosterone was even worse, right at the bottom of the range. This is despite testmaxxing (getting enough calories/fats, keeping my body fat levels in the teens, working out consistently (working out since age 19 actually), taking supplements and vitamins to account for deficiencies in my diet, like zinc and magnesium) getting adequate sun and ensuring bright light in the morning for vitamin D and circadian rhythm, optimizing sleep, etc.But despite this my test is still low and getting lower and Ive been coping for the past 10 years, and decided enough is enough. The other anon saying that test doesn't really drop that much as you age if you stay healthy is partly true, but that is only for total testosterone. Free testosterone declines significantly due to the natural rise in SHBG as you age. When i was 27 my SHBG was 15, so i had a lot more free testosterone compared to my last blood test where my SHBG was 45. Free testosterone is pretty much all that counts. Total test is a bit of a meme. There is a reason that sportsmen and athletes tend to retire in their 30s, its because their free testosterone and GH has dropped and they just cant compete with 20 year olds any more. If they could get on TRT and a bit of GH they could extend their competitive careers another 10+ years. But that is obviously cheating. You should consider TRT if you do everything right in your lifestyle and your test is still low on multiple blood tests, and at the same time you have obvious symptoms of low T. If your test is low but you don't have any low T symptoms then its not worth it in my opinion.
You can optimize diet, take TRT, lift, have a perfect sleep schedule, and still get less than 1/10th the test boost you get from banging a hot 19 year old zoometteHit the club, grandpa
>>77567944And how does external, which isn't free, testosterone solve shbg problem? Did you try boron?
