I'm 20% bodyfat and just started gymming for 2 weeks. I'm doing a slow body recompensation until I get 14% (because of a planned facial surgery). The more bf% i lose, the smaller my waist becomes. My hips are 100% bones, no love handles. Do I just focus on lats/shoulders and try to use my waist as an advantage to fraud a V-taper? I think training obliques/waist will make me look uncanny.
Work out for min 6months then ask for help u homo
yeah so maybe actually lift weights before you worry about any of this other nonsense. Like I dont want to sound harsh but you are yapping about bf% and face surgery and v-tapers when you look like you've never touched a dumbell in your life.
>>77567274Low body fat looks awful if you have no lean muscle mass. Gain muscle first - but don’t go crazy and get fat. You’re also probably closer to 13-15%, it just looks different and lacks definition if you have no muscle mass. Like if you’re jacked you can look muscular and defined at 20%
>>77567274It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline. If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
You look great, what are you talking about
>>77567274Very feminine figure, you'd be better off trooning out and becoming the gym trap
>>77567274>>77567277This but 6 years. You've been gyming for 2 months you nitwit. For now, just keep at it and don't quit.
