Low 400's, does anyone have any experiences with it?
>>77574767I've been using it everyday for about a year now, haven't had any side effects. From a scientific perspective it should be possible to run indefinitely without suffering irreversible changes.
>>77574767I've been on test for like 10 years and switched to Enclomiphene 25mg for 5 days a week. After 3 months my test was only 380 and I felt like shit. I'm going to stick with it because I have too many side effects with test and as I'm getting older it's too risky.
>>77574770What was your T before and after?
went from 500 to 1100 total t, free t went up but not as much as total
>>77574775>and as I'm getting older it's too risky. There's zero risk and only benefit from TRT at reasonable doses (ie: not 200mg/wk)Enclomiphene likely causes dementia and definitively causes eye issues, including total blindness, by the same mechanism (DHCR24 inhibition)No one should be taking this on a regular basis. Yes, I understand the difference between clomid and enclompihene, no, the zuclomiphene isomer is not solely responsible for all the negative effects of clomid.
>>77575651and you're still dyel and afraid to talk to women
>>77576697What is reasonable dose?
>>77576972Depending on body size, 50-175mg/wk. Response can be quite variable. Almost nobody needs 200mg of testosterone cypionate to reach high-normal range total testosterone. that is quite firmly in steroid cycle territory, despite what delusional roidtrannies might try to claim. Your average primary care physician will be reluctant to prescribe anything above 100mg/wk or so.
>>77577133Thank you. Im 47 and at 400 so considering it but also have children and concerned about sides and long term health. I feel good but definitely not what i was in my 20s. Appreciate it anon.
>>77577144NTA but opt for self-injection, more frequent lower doses. That way you get stable levels and don't have to deal with messy AIs etc
>>77577159This is based on what? Because I can give other unrelated examples in medicine where you can get permanent improvement for free
It works. I am on it for two months. First month 12.5 every other day, it brought my E2 in the middle of the range (I had had low estro, not detectable by the assays) so I have upped the dose to 12.5 daily. Will do bloods probably after month 3 or 4 again. No side effects, except little light sensitivity (gone after first weeks) and my nipples are constantly erected and slighty sensitive when touched. It has improved significantly my boomer recovery (I play ice hockey and used to be sore for two days after each game) and strenght increased notably, probably also due to the water retention (I gained immediately about 4kg of waterweight but face is not puffy and is still defined). 10/10 would recommend
