I'm tired of driving to and from the gym all the time. If you have a home gym you are a lucky bastard
>>77576546Feels good being a card carrying member of the home gym masterrace
I live a quarter mile from my local gym and today, for the first time in over a year, I walked there and back. Feels good man. I'm gonna stick to doing this from now on.
>>77576584>He walks to the gym.
>>77576546aint luck buddy, go buy a shit ass exercise bike from a boomer off facebook marketplace for 50$, get a whitelabel adjustable bench from walmart for like 120$, and pick up some adjustable dumbbells from amazon or again, facebook marketplacefigure it out faggot. shouldn't be an issue unless you're a neet
After 30 minute walk to the gym I'm warmed up to immidiately start exercising. After 30 minute walk back to my house my muscles loosened up enough to skip stretching. It's a blessing in disguise.
>>77576546Scrounge for $150 and get a free-standing pull-up bar + the cheapest pair of rings you can get. You now have a fully functional home gym. I'm not saying it's better than weights, but the bar of entry is extremely low.>but there is no room...Unless you're in a jail cell, yes there is. Moved one of your useless shelves out and put the shit there.
>>77576546Plus you have to do all your volume at once and can't get the extra sets in that definitely add up >I do so much volume of quality controlled and heavy low reps and some other shit for smaller harder to isolate with heavier weightYeah right you do, you could do more total sets by spreading it out to recover and go heavier too.
>>77576546Home gyms are less motivating.
Imagine lifting at home, gym is literally my way outside to catch some air and get some test boost from the stacies working out
>>77576546Been home gymming for 15 years. Fitness scam after fitness scam has flown right by me as I continue to do my own thing and just enjoy exercising. Do yourself a favour and convert, the home gym requires a commitment to making exercise a true part of your life, as opposed to a hobby
>>77576584>quarter milethats like 5 minute walk, americans are fascinating
>>77576546my job had a gym and it is actually pretty good. two power racks with benches. plenty of plates to set PRs. dumbells that go up to like 120lb.it is small, but not many people use it.
>>77576584>quarter mile>I walked there and backGenerations will recount your odyssey anon
I finger my own asshole while watching straight OF content in my home gym.
I’ve only ever been home gym. I’m traveling for work next week and have to work out at the hotel gym. I don’t even know what I’m gonna do. I lift heavy but I like taking like 5 minutes between sets. I don’t want some normie fuck looking at me or waiting on me.
Home gym master race. I converted my 2 car garage into a gym and now I work out naked with my wife all the time.
It's not luck just get a job lol
>>77577812For me it's the opposite. Since I see all that equipment in my house every day I'll feel like I wasted my money if I don't use it.
>>77576546I did the math on how much I'm spending in gas every week going to the gym and uh... Yeah, I regret it. Might cancel and start saving for home gym. I mean shit, there are so many equipment retailers that let you make interest free payments on shit now... Or I could steal someone's identity and order a whole set up to a PO box shop and get it for basically free. Honestly the only thing I really NEED is a way to do pull downs cause I'm still too fat for pull ups.
>>77576546Ok thanks for the info champ, keep us posted
>work from home for yourself>list office gym as a benefit for your company>claim tax break on your home gymGet fucked wagies.
>>77576546I live in a city and walk to the gym each day. 4 minutes on foot once I leave the door.
>>77576755Not OP but making the world’s shittiest gym isn’t a solution or good replacement for a real gym. I assume OP doesn’t have space to make a home gym because he lives in an apartment or something.
