Previous >>77543349 What are you taking? How much are you injecting? What weight did you start at and how much have you lost? Questions & queries? >What is GLP-1? GLP-1 agonists are medications that help lower blood sugar levels and promote weight loss. They are available with a valid prescription (commonly known as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro/Zepbound, etc) or via the gray market in the form of peptides. >How do I get on GLP-1? For the legal brand-name products, you need to have a valid prescription, but it can be very expensive. If you want them as peptides, they are available via the gray market, which is a much riskier area for a siginifcantly better quantity and price. >How do I get into the gray market? Stairwaytogray's main website at www.stairwaytogray.com is the one and only place to start. There are many great guides covering all areas for new players to the scene. Several points to note: >Mods will ban you for positng direct links to gray market sources, so don't risk it >There is absolutely no such thing as GLP-3. It is a common ignorant and uninformed term spread by social media influencers. This includes GLP-2 (which is unrelated to weight loss and is for Crohn's Disease), GLP-4 and GLP-5. They're all false and uneducated terms >NEVER follow the advice of any social media influencer on any mainstream platform under any circumstances. This especially includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. The consequences are disastrous and even fatal >The gray market is volatile and legally risky. Do your research, learn basic cryptocurrency and focus on your personal security and privacy, and never spend more than you are willing to lose As always, stay safe and be smart.
Know the difference between the agonists. This image and a simple Google search will prevent you from looking stupid in front of everyone. MAINSTREAM GLP-1 BRANDS Semaglutide >Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus Tirzepatide >Zepbound, Mounjaro LESSER KNOWN GLP-1 BRANDS Liraglutide >Victoza, Saxenda Dulaglutide >Trulicity Exenatide >Byetta, Bydureon BCise Lixisenatide >Adlyxin Orforglipron >Foundayo Albiglutide >Tanzeum (cancelled by the manufacturer) UPCOMING GLP-1 AGONISTS Retatrutide >Still in the experimental/testing phase, highly proven results Mazdutide >Dual agonist Survodutide >Dual agonist Ecnoglutide >Single agonist "biased GLP-1" VRX-0075 >Quintuple (five) agonist NOT A GLP-1 AGONIST Cagrilintide >Amylin receptor Eloralintide >Amylin receptor Petrelintide >Amylin receptor
And finally: >Ignore all non-GLP-1 substances...within reason (Cagrilintide, for example, is fine). /fraud/ exists for other substances>Filtering your peptides is optional but is recommended. It won't purge any potential endotoxins, but it'll clean up other particulates>No one cares if you don't like or need GLP-1 injections. Go have a sook in another thread if it irritates you so much>Do not engage with the DNPtranny. DNP is fine, being a total fuckwit about it is not>Go to /fph/ or /fraud/ if you feel like a morally superior faggot. We get that the world is becoming skinnier and you're losing your pathetic bullshit bullying powers as a result, but pick your fights elsewhere, as we don't give a shit about youTIRZISKING
>>77577060I need to titrate up, my cravings are back.
6mm or 8mm needles for gray stuff?
>>77577185both ok but better go 6. Pinch your skin slightly and pin. at 90 degrees easy.
>>775771858mm if you're still fat, 6mm if you're over halfway.
>>77577060Been on zepbound for about 5 months and I'm down 36lbs. I started on 2.5mg and titrated up to 7.5 in the time since. The only huge downside is diarrhea, and I've mostly learned to live with that by now.
>>77577808As fucked as this sounds, I like it when I have diarrhea. I'm at goal weight and whenever I put on water weight or regular fluctuating weight, I get happy when I shit it back out quicker, as Reta keeps everything in me for days at a time.
>>77577060Test
>>77577832Dude Get some ginger root and make tea you retard you don't have to have diarrhea Ginger tea helps with gastric emptying and tastes good and keeps you hydrated
>>77577857Test successful
>>77577886It was a close one I went off the hinges on another board, but it wasn't mean spirited just immensely human. I'm here with you still don't worry
>>77577808sounds like it could be a diet issue. what do you normally eat?
>>77577988Lots of greasy bullshit.>>77577860I drink peach tea with ginger and turmeric several nights a week to help with gout. It makes me piss like a racehorse but kills the swelling faster than anything else.
It's Tirzday!
>>77578026I assume you didn't have diarrhea before tirz, so it's possible it's interacting with your diet in a bad way. I recommend not leaving everything up to the GLP-1 and changing your diet, even a little. More whole foods, more veggies in general. I learned how to make chicken breasts that don't suck from Youtube and it's been a game changer for me. Also, take a fiber supplement like psyllium. Psyllium in particular helps with both constipation and diarrhea.
>>77578275I'll always think of StarCraft whenever I read the words Psyllium Husk.
>>77578134I'm about to go up to 7.5mg and reduce Reta to nothing (due to doing three months of Tesamorelin for visceral fat).
No better than junkies btw
(denial)77578429>>77577063
>>77578429not only that. just like roiders, these dudes are going to face disastrous consequences both short term and long term. an added bonus is that their craving will come right back once they stop taking it
>>77577060Been on Zepbound for about a month now and I'm down 17 pounds with proper exercise and calorie tracking. The food noise being gone has made my life so much easier. Is this what skinny people feel like?
This is a fitness board. Injecting yourself with chemicals isn't fitness, so this thread doesn't belong here. (Yes, roid threads don't belong here, either.)

>>77578505It's a good life brother, if the tools are there, then use them I say.7 people at work are on it too (thanks to me supplying them from the gray market kek), the effect on health, morale, fitness, and general well-being has never been this high before.
>>77578523Exercise leads to fitnessLosing weight leads to fitness
>>77578558By your (incredibly stupid) rationale, bulemia is fitness.
>>77578275Thanks, but I know the issue for me is that I'm still overeating. My diet has changed a lot over the past few months. I don't eat nearly as many chips and other snacks as before, and I've started eating a more protein-heavy breakfast as advised by my doctor. I should have mentioned that I also deal with drowsiness and fatigue. Protein helps a lot but I've also been downing electrolyte drinks to keep my ass awake, since apparently terpz uses up a shitload of electrolytes to do its thing.
>>77578574bulemia is a mental health disorder, and negatively affects the body. Imagine thinking that was a good comeback and argument.
>>77578614you are injecting yourself with chemicals which negatively affects the body. but that's okay because... now you can eat less? you know who also follows the exact same program and figured this out a couple decades ago? meth users
>>77578644And how does it negatively affect the body?
Supposedly Retatrutide will be available from the pharmacy in Q4 of 2027, and if it's anything like I'd expect with pricing, I think it'll be more expensive than Mounjaro/Zepbound. It'll just keep everyone on the gray market.
