When a kid is from 0 to maybe 1 year l, you might as well just write that whole year off from any muscle building.
Just focus on cardio and maybe some HIIT classes here and there when you can sneak off.
You get shit sleep, you'll eat shit. It sucks but it isn't forever.
My kids now are 5 and 7. They love working out in my gym even if it doesn't really make sense.
Eventually they'll see the value. My daughter does karate and my son does sports at school.
Love them to bits. They're the best company ever. I'm excited for them getting older too.
