assuming protein is equal between products, which is healthier? a food with low fat and high sugar, or high fat and low sugar?

But if I had to pick one and didn't know the genetics of the recipient, carbohydrates.Just less potential long reaching detriments for a statistically larger amount of the population.Doesn't help you if you're on the other genetic side of things but it is what it is.
>>77578330team sugar here
>>77578330high fat makes me slowhigh sugar increases cravingsif it's another form of carbohydrates it's okay.if I had to pick, high sugar and then fight the cravings later, rather than fight the hazy fatigue of high fat
>>77578330Technically you should maybe have a "high" fat or more like moderately heavy to get in all of the types of fats. But carbs and protein you have right eat more often since they digest faster.
>>77578330It depends entirely on the source of fat and the source of sugar. You can have a low-fat cookie with refined sugar or you can have a piece of fruit. They'll affect your body in different ways. In the same way, you can have a high fat food like nuts or seeds which are healthful or you can have some low carb processed protein doughnut with low quality oils
>>77578330They're the same thing.50% of sugar is fructose which is only metabolized in the liver and that turns into fat. The other 50% is glucose which if you're not low on glycogen also turns into fat.
