What is the ideal body fat percentage for a natural man in terms of health, not aesthetics? At what point do your hormones and energy start to decline?
>>7758011913-15. As a non-competing natty, that's all you need. You get the best aesthetics and can progress in strength.
>>77580119You'll never be less than 30% so why do you care? How do I know? Because lean people dont sit around thinking about stupid shit like this, fatty
>>77580174I have never seen anyone but fit people care about their body fat percentage, me thinks you have a guilty conscience tubby
>>775801195-15% is the range
>>77580178>I'm n-n-not f-f-fat, you arepathetic
>>77580174Lol did you take too many roids or something? Why are you mad for no reason?
>>77580174I've never been in the 30s. I've been in a deficit for half a year, and I'm getting down into the teens, and I want to know when exactly to quit, which will still be in a few more months.
>>77580119Body fat pictures like these can be misleading to anyone wondering. I'm a 6'2 lanklet with minimal muscle mass and when I got a dexa scan back in May it came out at 36% body fat. Going off the pictures I would've guessed 20-25% or so at the time, but different body types present body fat differently. Everyone guesses their body fat wrong, I would recommend anyone and everyone take a DEXA. It's great too, because as you continue to pack on lean mass you can use the DEXA results as an objective measure of muscle building progress, and the thermal body fat scans show where you genetically tend to store body fat at ×%. Very fascinating stuff.
>>77580178>Ive never seen anyone but concerned with health who care about a visual representation of health
Dude to genetics I can never lower than 25% irregardless of calorie restrictions and copious amounts of exercise
>>77580119>health15%
I hsve been skinny all my life but ket myself go over the last year. I am 30 bmi and my dr prescribed me weight loss meds. Time to get back down to 20.
>>77580119>What is the ideal body fat percentage for a natural man in terms of health, not aesthetics?13~15% for menbut and for women?
>images of dudes that have completely different muscle mass levelsextremely disingenuous picture and I wish people would stop spamming it
>>77580572fuck me,this prime woman lives in my city
>>77580416Yes that is the point >>77580201Fatto
>>77580179I wanna be a noble masculine
>>77580744Yeah, the point of my post is that your point was redundant and the post was useless.
>>77580572This is the perfect female body.
>>77580212DEXA isn't fully reliable https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6xv3dACPss
>>77580905im not clicking that shit nigga
How can I tell my bodyfat % without some special scanner?
>>77581025There's no reliable precise way without a scanner since fat distribution varies heavily person to person. You can try asking AI with a photo uploaded I would expect it to be off anywhere from 20-40%
>>77581025look in the mirror and guess. Then add 10 percentage points to it.
>>77581028>>77581029I guess so. Its just so hard to tell. My abs look like 13-15%, my love handles look like 20-24. So im going with 20 to 24 i guess
>>77581049So you're 30%.Better start cutting soon.
>>77581193>So you're 30%.Youre such an asshole... fuck i am fat. Im a FAT FUCK and I dont deserve self love until I finish this cut
>>77580693Yeah it’s completely useless unless it’s the same guy taking photos at different fat levels during a cut. There should be a guy with low, medium, high and super human muscle mass too
>>77580119How come the higher bodyfat photos don't get stage lighting and body oil?
>>77582319Probably because the people taking them weren't proud and didn't want to spend as much effort making them look better
>>77580572She looks like a wobbling whale with an airbrushed face>vomit
>>77580119according to life expectancy data an the bmi definition of over weight is set too low because that 25-30 brackets has the lowest death rate
>>77580119Is 8-12% range sustainable and healthy lifelong if you're disciplined and eat well, sleep well and exercise consistently?
>>77583647Probably not for the average person, no. That's pretty low and your diet and exercise routine would be very stringent and restrictive
>>77580179The two types of gay guys lol
