what the fuck
What The Fuck
WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!
>>
I bought some of this shit the other week because Costco’s price is significantly better than any other retailer that ive found, most are listing the same amount for 110+.
>>
>>77581169
optimum nutrition tastes like complete dogshit anything else is superior
>>
>>77581169
lol dyels will do anything except lift heavy weights and eat a piece of chicken
>>
>>77581189
1month of 20g protein in chicken breast would literally cost like 300 dollars
>>
>>77581271
It would also actually be food
>>
>>77581169
Um... just eat eggs and yogurt instead of heavy metal powder and thank me later
>>
>>77581271
1 lbs of raw chicken breast has about 100g protein and is about $2.50/lbs
So $15/month for 20gr/day.
Oh wait you're a Euranigger who cant afford meat and your "flat" doesnt have a kitchen anyway.
lol
>>
>>77581308
$15 * 3.5 =$52.50
That’s because you are saying a month of chicken for $15. But the protein powder is for over 100 servings, not 30.
>>
>>77581318
The chicken is still half the cost, nigger.
Plus you're eating real food, not sugar water with some whey in it.
>>
>>77581350
61% is not half. Besides it is a supplement. You pay extra because it is more convenient than making chicken. And in case you fuck nuts didn't notice the price of chicken went way up along with whey. I had to buy 10lbs at Sam's Club to get $2.50 a pound.
>>
>>77581359
>AXCHWELLY IT ISNT EXACTLY MATHEMATICALLY ONE HALF
>its a supplement
that does nothing a piece of chicken cant do.
Why do you complain about the price in one post then justify it in the next.
lol at your DYEL POWDER
>>
>>77581359
You're getting goy'd at Scam's Club. Brave's clanker says the current average retail price for chicken is $2.06/lb in the U.S. and wholesale runs around $1.00-1.40. I find regional grocery stores with sales around wholesale prices all the time.
>>
Protein powder is a waste of money generally. It's pathetic that people need high prices just to see it.
>>
>>77581378
>You're getting goy'd at Scam's Club.
Maybe, here was what I paid. Previous time I went they had a sale where it was like $1.50 a pound, but it was like a clearance bin.
>>
>>77581379

for /fit, ya, it is a waste of money. 99% of /fit don't even know how to lift properly.

Why not both?
>>

I live in California and Every grocery store and Walmart sell "family packs" (3-6lbs) for $2.6/lb.
If your a vigourous man I'm sure a pack can last tou a week. If not you can juat freeze some breasts, its not complicated.

>oh but convenience
OK, there are other protein powders, or it actually doesnt matter if toure getting your protein goal within the day. Protein doesnt give an acute energy boost like carbs...
>>
>>77581169
I predicted this. Many before me have predicted this. To get angry about something you know will come to pass anyways is pointless.
>>
>>77581605
Chicken is not 2.6 a lb? What are you smoking. Chicken breast has always been 7 to 9$ a lb
>>
>>77581318
No it isn't. That image is the 5.47lb bag which is 80 servings. Its over a dollar a scoop

I just buy skyr, beef liver and white fish for my protein needs since they end up being like half the price per gram of protein. idk why people still buy this garbage
>>

Its probably habit

Skill issue

you dont even need to eat lean proteins unless youre on gear, just get fattier cuts and enjoy the taste
>>
>>77581924

$7-9/lb for chicken breast? it has to be organic, jidori and air chilled in addition.

costco sells it for 2.99/lb and 5.99/lb for organic. many local 'xican grocers in southern cali sell them for 2.99/lb (boneless, skinless) as well. fancy markets sometimes sell jidori for $5-6 (prime beef equivalent of chicken), but for less than $5 you can get usda choice top round/eye of round.
>>
>>77581169
Sams club and Costco is for dyels desu
>>
>>77582018
So you don't know. Got it.

Shut up, retarded child.
>>
>>77581308
We have real food in EU and in many countries it's much cheaper than anything in US. Don't know what this idiotic jab supposed to mean, but you Americans don't even eat real food, just goyslop straight up from the hellish cauldrons of Israel.
>>
>>77584067
Is this what you consider "real food" in the EU? It's one of the top three selling infant formulas in your country. The sole nutrition of a newborn.

Its over half sugar by calories and the first two ingredients are corn syrup and vegetable oil.
>>
>>77584136
No one eats this.
>>
>>77584145
>Top three selling infant formulas
>Nobody
Lmao what cope
>>
>>77581924
Different prices in different places. A perennial headache of East/West coasters is dealing with flyovers who get bargain-basement prices for food. Think they hit a homerun when they were born on 3rd.
