>>77582291only one I rate is coffee desu
>>77582291>>Recovery:>Aminos (EAAs)>BCAAs>ElectrolytesThese are all probably pointless. Just drink whey powder and gatorade (not together).
>>77582366*Perhaps* together???
I'm considering berberine for my next bulk
The best supplement is to not take any. Just eat your potatoes, eggs, broccoli and corn, wash it down with some milk, and you'll be alright. Coffee in the morning and fish once a week and you have everything you need.
>>77582291D, Magnesium Glycinate, E
mike mentzer approved supplement is methamphetamine and bunk philosophy for retards
>>77582291This:
>>77582291Most of that shit is just a waste of your hard earned dollar. Keep the Omega 3 and Vitamin D, the rest of it you could probably just do without.
>>77583302Eat some fish and get sunlight, at least an hour a couple times a week, boom you've singlehandedly freed yourself from the extremely jewish supplement industry
>>77583338You aren't wrong at all, but sunlight largely does depend on where you live and what your day job requires of you. Like if you're working in a warehouse 8-5 with no natural lighting, you miss out on optimal sunlight hours. Especially in the winter, when the sun sets at 5.
>>77583181Bruh, who supplements vitamin e lmao
Ran few times what I eat in Chronometer. Just fill what's missing. It's D3 5000 UI, magnesium but like 50% RDA, methylfolate 100% RDATraining: Creatine 3mg, wheyHealthwise berberine, ionide 100% RDA and probiotics from fermented foods
>>77583302>>77583338>>77583347Supplements are not strictly *needed* to build muscle, but going way harder in the paint than OP until your piss smells like fruity detergent makes it much easier to get yoked injury-free.
>>77582291>>Nutrition:>D3 + K2>Magnesium Glycinate>Milk Thistle>Omega 3s>Psylium Husk>Vitamin D>Zinc + CopperDude your literally me. I take the same stuff daily. I will say you need to replace the cheap milk thistle stuff with Silophos (Silybin Phytosome). Its the specific alkaloid in the plant that's responsible for protecting, healing and cleaning/detoxing the liver. Look it up don't trust me. Silophos Silybin Phytosome is the only form of "milk thistle supplement" that actually works and is worth taking. And hopefully you don't use Amazon for your vitamins as a majority of them on there is fake / counter-fit junk with capsules full of rice powder and other inherit ingredients and if their liquid they usually just have cheap basedbean oil in them while claiming all kinds of stuff..Add black seed oil (Amazing Herbs brand), take 2 tsps daily 1 in AM and 1 in PM. Its one of the best natural supplements for libido, mood, sleep and just over all good health and really does help with anxiety/sleep/relaxing without making you tired. And then most importantly add some NAC (Swanson Brand 600mgs, make sure you get the one that's made with "Ajirpure" NAC. Its maybe an extra $5 ot $6 bucks max but is the purest form of NAC on the market and IMO works differently and more better than all the other NACs i've had. Plus Ajipure NAC has basically ZERO smell. Also I'd add CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) if your over 35-40.
>>77582407I've been using berberine phytosome to help control insulin resistance. I got this new brand at Costco months ago and just finished it but I'm not 100% if its true phytosome, no where on the bottle does it say "berbevis" which is the company who manufactures and sells berberine phytosome to supplement companies. What brand and version of Berberine are you think bout trying? I'm still on the fence. I swear I think berberine HCL from Natural Factors has seem to work better in the past but who knows. What brand do you like?
>>77583181just make sure is not the synthetic vitamin E which is almost everything you find in the store. Order Mixed Tocopherols and Tocoterinols (Gamma-E, etc). WAY more expensive but you get what you pay for it that form of vitamin E is the only one worth taking. the cheap synthetic shit is bad for you if anything.
>>77582291oh and add you some l-citrulline (or malate if you like that version) for your pre-workout. it gives good blood flow "pumps". I like to add some fruiting body cordyceps powder extract (ND brand) + l-citrulline + creatine and then drink 1 or 2 ketone IQs for my pre-workout and I feel amazing and great to go into beast mode.
>>77582291>D3 + K2>Magnesium Glycinate>Omega 3s>Creatine MonohydrateAll you need. Why do you have D twice?
>>77582291Its probably some snake oil shit but now urolitin A is being shilled for fucked up mitochondria recycling. The schizo who larps as a mad scientists naming a shit ton of bullshit compounds has been naming it for a long time, i think. I did a bit of research and apparently if you take trans resveratrol and urolitine A its a fucking sick combo for longevity and health in general. One promotes the recycling of bad functioning mitocondria and the other one promotes the genesis of new healthy ones. Maybe the nazi schizo racists on the turkish fingerpainting forum were right all along. I found an antiox formula for 25 euros that has resveratrol, urolitin promoters, coq10 and NAC. The doses of each thing seem low but that combination at that price seems like a one in a million oportunity, even at low dosage.>inb4 urolitin promoters dont work, you gotta take urolitin directlyMy local suppliers dont sell it or they ask for insane prices. Maybe in distant future ill do a big ass order of urolitin for a whole year, but not for now.
>>77583504I will try pic related.
>>77583347This, I buy Vitamin D during the Winter and Omega 3 because my ass forgets Fish.
>>77582291any supplements i try just give me constipation and insomnia
>>77582291likely does nothing
>>77583542One for each hole
