Is skinnyfat the hardest body type to get in shape?
in order of easiest to hardest to making itSkinny FatSkinnyfat
>>77583248Skinny easier than fat? Couldn't you just eat high protein in a deficit and lift to shed the fat and have a better looking body quicker than a skinny person needing to bulk then cut?
Depends if its new or old fat. As I've been on this journey I find old fat doesnt follow CICO like new fat does.
>>77583262Dont trust them new niggas over yonder
>>77583219Unironically, the hardest body type to get in shape is Former Fatty. Why? Loose skin. It doesn't matter what you do or how you do it, you will never look in shape unless you get expensive skin removal surgery. No, it is never covered by insurance. Ever. It's considered cosmetic surgery.
>>77583251fatty who loses weight has loose skin and brutal food cravings for years afterwards>skinny person needing to bulk then cutno, skinny should lean bulkNEVER dirty bulk and put on fat thinking you can "just cut"
>>77583219No, I was skinny fat and became skinny.
>>77583262>new fat>old fatYou never hear about this distinction but I think there's definitely something in it.Like when some fitness bro gets fat but then gets back into shape quickly because he wasn't fat for very long, or how the ex-skinnyfats have difficulty losing the last little bits around the belly and lower back because those bits have always been there. It's like the compacted ice at the core of the snowbanks that don't fully melt until spring even though it's been warm enough for months.
>>77583219Skinnyfat isn't really a thing. It's just a way to mock the average untrained male physique which us neither underweight nor overweight. Notice how women don't get called skinnyfat for not lifting weights? This is part of the gynocratic physique inflation going on. A man who lifts weights is putting in a special effort, it should not be treated as a default. But to answer the original question, starting as fat + untrained is probably hardest because you will have to begin with a diet, while the other physiques can begin with a bulk. Though untrained fat people usually do have naturally better strength than untrained skinnies, so it might not be all negative. And skinnies are accustomed to undereating which might make it psychologically hard to bulk. Though I can't say if that is harder than a fat guy losing 50 lbs.
>>77583219probably the easiest cos it starts skinnythe absolute worst thing you can do ever in life is get fatit is like, it's literaly impossible to overcome for 98% of people even if u lose weightyou hav eto be absurdly lucky to get back to being an actual human being, i mean like comprehensively they destroyed me, they hate me, every country hates me, the jews hate me, i have no future, no money, nothingbut in all that bad lucki had the luck of having time to figure it out all out and fix my biologynone of you will be that lucky unless you're richbut if you were rich, u wouldn't be fat so
>>77583251Real fatties barely have muscle and their skin becomes disgusting if they lose it too fastI'm a skinnykek but real hogkings have it rough desu
>>77583872Skinnyfat is a specific type of obesity where your fat content isn't that high but you have low muscle mass so you don't look that bad compared to actual obese hogs
>>77584113>Skinnyfat is a specific type of obesity No it obviously isn't, obesity is defined as a bmi metric. It's when you could have a reasonable amount of fat but you have low muscle mass, i.e. "skinny", so it represents a relatively high percentage of your bodyweight. Furthermore it's concentrated in the typical fat storage areas like belly, lower back, ass, upper thighs as it's not distributed around muscles (that you don't have). So for a more athletic build you could have a similar absolute amount of fat but it's a lower bodyfat percentage because you have much more lean mass. This will always look better as well because the fat will be more evenly distributed. This is what builtfat people mean when they say they carry it well.
>>77584113It's not obesity. Obesity means high bmi. "Skinnyfat" is just untrained (low muscle mass) and average bmi (which means a little fat but not too much). In other words, a completely average person. The fact that the average untrained male body is considered something disgusting reflects this misandrist society's standards.
I look exactly like the guy on the left. I'm 5'6" and 120lbs.
>>77584318>>77584313It is also referred to as normal weight obesity in the literature as you can have a high fat content (the true marker of negative health outcomes in fatties) but be normal BMI
>>77584395this termed ruined me. i have had so much insecurity regarding my body. i felt insecure throughout my youth and teenage. what a fucked up society.
>>77584410this was a reply to >>77584318
>>77584339Got any pics
>>77583219Yes because its a genetic/hormonal problem
>>77583248>skinnyjust gotta bulk>fatgotta cut, risks having loose skinmight have muscle under and will look fine or it's skinny and gotta bulk now, with years of being fat most ex-fats will be afraid of bulking and will probably never do it properly>skinnyfatgotta cut
>>77583219Yes, you're a genetic dead end if you have one. This is me after "2 years" of gymcelling and I barely made any progress lmao. Muh progressive overload, muh bulking.https://gofile.io/d/H5jOxzEP
>>77583219Why would anyone want to be anything but the middle
Ai slop photo giving wog vibes ngl
>>77584553looks dogshit and i am skinnyfattier than you. it's literally over for me. went from 85kg to 75kg at 185cm and my waistline has not gone down.
>>77584823Just bulk, brah. Keep grinding, brah.
>>77584553Your muscle gains are clear as day, without even any hint of increase in waist-hip-ratio/visceral fat (the fat that sits around your organs) that can result from excessive bulking, or poor dieting practices in general. You look strong and healthy. Denying you have made progress is pure dysmorphiacelling, it is clearly working and you look like you can fill out a tshirt at least one size larger than before.
>>77585226Waist hasn't changed at all. Subhuman love handles are still there. Idgaf about the size, I just want to lean at first but it seems to be impossible. Bulking to 90kg is unrealistic. Wish I was just skinny but alas.
>>77583586How did you go from skinnyfat to skinny? do you look like eugenia cooney?
>>77583844I think I've just given up on ever getting rid of my belly fat and love handles. They've been with me forever and it really feels like they'll just never go
>>77584553its truly joever for me... I'm kind of convinced I'll never be able to fix my body, if thats what 2 years of training looks like I doubt I'll look any better after 3.
>>77585300Have you ever thought about just hard cutting until its all gone, then just rebuild from being skinny? I hate my belly and love handles so much, but everyone says I need to recomp or bulk to fix it. I don't know if this is meant to be a 10 year thing to finally get rid of it, but it seems like it would just be easier to cut until I have very little fat, then start training from being skinny rather than skinnyfat and I'd feel like my gains would be a lot more noticable.
>>77585913>Have you ever thought about just hard cutting until its all gonei am doing it and while weight goes down on the scale. waist cricumference does not go down at all. the body fights tooth and nail to be ugly and fat.
>>77585913That's what I'm doing rn. I was retarded to try and bulk up which just made me fatter lmao. Cutting to 58kg rn.
>>77583219Middle and it's not even close. Just eat more, pussies. Can't understand anyone saying they can't eat enough. Grow some balls.
>>77583266This. Also, unless you were blessed with a large muscular structure, former fatties will need to build muscle, the same way skinnies or skinny-fats. And every calrie preferentially goes to filling up fat stores, not building muscle.
>>77586062>Cutting to 58kg rn.you a dwarf or a woman?
>>77585887My advice is to cut and keep cutting.Eat less, increase exercise. Walk, run, cycle, swim, or whatever to get moving more. Pushups, pullups, etc just to maintain some balance but the focus should be on reducing or recomping, not gaining.Progress will not be linear as your body needs to get accustomed to its new default state, you can have mini binges but eat natural foods like peanuts, not processed trash like hamburgers. The layer(s) of fat will eventually dissolve.
>>77586370Just a male with small frame. 183cm, 68kg rn. Still have love handles.
>>77587065RecompFocus on cardiomaxxing
>>77583219What does it matter? All you can do is train hard and improve yourself. The only man you need to compare yourself with is you from yesterday
