>fat all my life>always wanted to work out but just too lazy>kept putting it off>now 27 years old pushing 280 lbs>feel sick with myself>always feel I need to apologise for my weightIs it too late? Is it too late for me?
>>77584772Only you can decide that
>>775847721. 27 is still young as hell2. building muscle is 10x harder than losing fat (can theoretically shed 2lb a week vs natty lucky to build 1 lb a MONTH)3. losing fat all you have to do is NOTHING like literally just sit there and play video games and jackoff vs gaining mass requires optimized nutrition cooking calorie counting macro counting and obv working hard at the gym. YOU JUST HAVE TO SIT THERE AND WALK ONCE IN AWHILEif you want to go insane with it i recommend lyle mcdonald RFL program its the greatest fat loss programnin existence but honestly for ur current fat ass u can just sit in your room play videogames and drinkk water and just dont eat
Just recognize that "now it's too late" is just another excuse
>>77584824>lyle mcdonaldIsn't this a meme?
>>77584772too late, even if you lose weight you'll still have saggy skin and stretch marks
>>77584824>building muscle is 10x harder than losing fatlifting weights is easy.losing weight is hard.I mean is sounds easy - "just eat less", which is actually hard>now some 4chan loser will start spouting off about his le epic willpower etc
>>77584917You can't get a surgery?
>>77584772>Is it too late? Is it too late for me?I don't know, are you dead?
>>77584917>saggy skin and stretch marks is as bad as obesityBegone, negger.
>>77584772You are so lazy that you even made a thread to fit just to give yourself an excuse to keep on being a fat fuck when that one guy eventually says its ’too late’, despite the other 9 out of 10 that saying its never too late.Quit being a fucking spineless bitch and do something about it, starting now. Use your anger and selfhatred as a fuel to better yourself.
>>77584772Almost 127 kilos is a lot, but if you have a big frame and are tall it shouldn’t be a hell to get fit.
>>77584824I'm willing to do this. It's not like I'm in the mindset to work hard. Is sparkling water a good place holder?
>>77584772I am 33 and started gym only two weeks back. I am kind a excited. Although, desu I am not that fat. 176cm 77 kilos.
You've spent your entire life being an ugly loser bro, just give it a year and get that shit off and see how you feel. Go all in, GLP1, psmf, whatever. Count tge calories in every single thing that enters your mouth.
>>77584772I hate this gay>be hard, fuck excuses, nobody cares grr faux hardass reddit motivational quotes. Of course it's coming from a comic book, the pinnacle of soi.Train because it feels good and it's fun. Lifting weights is a legit pleasurable and rewarding activity.
>>77584772i am 60. I lost 60lbs and got a body that women notice because I'm not fat. Don't delay another day. Set a goal in months: I am going to do xyz for 8 months and not stop even though I'm going backwards, ect.. Shoot reta and lift weights and eat the chicken and rice and eggs and no more cigs or booze of fast food. Get the body and the life you want. The sooner you start the sooner you are awesome. But set a date and don't quit. About two years ago, a friend said as I was losing weight "where's your six pack, kinda mocking me, and said I won't see results for a year, well that was long ago, and he has to admit I lost weight and am getting muscled up." Most people quit before they realize a result and you can't do that. You need to set a date, follow your plan no matter what, you will get injured, sick, people will die, pets will die, people will sabotage your plan, ect, ect. You stick to your plan and if you get derailed, then you get derailed and you get back on the rails and you go back to your plan and keep going. That's it. You'll also do things the wrong way, and you will find out the right way, or a better way and you will go forward. Eventually this will become a habit and part of your life. Eventually you will change and be what you always thought you could never be. Worlds will open up to you. It's not magic, it is just the expression of your will. I have fully confidence in you. Yes you can. Yes you will.
>>77584917I didn't. I look great. Lost 60 lbs. Not everyone is a dead ender like you. You're not even a quitter, you're a non-starter.
>>77586361All this talk and still no pictures? /fit/ hasn't changed a bit
>>77584931Losing weight is easy. 3 ways to not use willpower:a) walk (easy pace) all day. When you walk, you don't want to eat for some reason. b) get ozempicc) only buy low kcal food - vegetables and lean protein. If you feel a compulsion to eat something, eat that carrot. After a week you won't want to eat anything else.
