Found a female fitness influencer whose training split looks pretty appealing. wondering if there's any reason i shouldn't just follow her program as a beginner/intermediate male. obviously not trying to grow glutes or anything, just build muscle, get stronger and improve overall aesthetics.
>>77584941Also asking this because I'm shorter than the average man in my country.
>>77584941Depends on the program. For stuff like an ab workout in that pic, they are very close to being calisthenics workouts, which tend to be unisex because the weight involved is determined by the person's body. The women stuff to avoid is where you're basically doing a weights routine but using very light weights but for 20 reps in each set to 'feel the burn' because 'you don't want to get too big'
For you specifically anon, I'm sure a female workout will be just fine.
>>77584941I followed leanbeefpatty's ab routine and it worked perfectly.
No
>>77584941the best workout is the one you do and most /fit/izens don't work out
I wonder if there are also (non-professional bodybuilder) women following hardcore bodybuilding programs. There must be a few
Just do it and grow naturally out of it and then move onto the next thing. Doing (almost) any sort of training is better than no training.
only if it is for bootymaxxxing
if you do end up with a big phat azz and your in TAMPA hmu
>>77584941Wow!! She so smart!! Do da routine!!!
>>77585004The 10 minute ab one or is there a paid routine?
