Are you supposed to deload when you're cutting even if you reduced your volume by 1/3? Apparently you're supposed to deload even when cutting every 5 to 6 weeks. I've been cutting for 13 weeks and haven't deloaded at all and only lost 1kg on my bench press and 2.5kg on my pendlay row. Don't give me advice if you haven't consistently lifted for at least 3 years.

>>77585382I dont know anything about your programming. Are you constantly loading every week? How do you know how much did you fall? Why would you test your max without propper prep in terms of volume and food?Deloads are where acutalization happens. It's a fundamental part of the process.Just because you are trying to lose fat doesnt mean you need to get weaker.Cutting and strength are never linear.Your body will behave at its best if you use cycles. It's basic periodization. And there are rules to it.c_s
