I will explain to you how to win any /fit/ness debate you can think of. Diet, training routine, etc. You pick can whatever fitness topic irl face to face debate you want and this method will work.

The solution will always be the same. I once saw a video of a guy who was debating against 20 people at once or something.

They were trying to portray him as an intelligent guy, but what does that mean? An intelligent human being would be able to solve any problems. That kind of a human would be able to survive no matter what kind of difficult situations he faces. How would you then go up against somebody who is so good at debating veganism? It's very simple, but we first need to understand what a debate is supposed to be in their delusional minds.

You think about these man made diets. You imagine that they actually have some kind of a meaning. Then you imagine that these little baby words can only go on these specific sentences because there are rules.

Then you imagine that the studies can only be used like this and the recent news stories and names of specific foods or whatever the fuck they imagine those words are supposed to be can only do this and that. Then if your words don’t make the audience and or your debate opponent feel certain feelings, then you lose the debate in your mentally ill head. It's a game for mentally ill people.

That should be clear. How could you then possibly win against somebody who debates against 20 people at once?

You obviously come prepared. You come with knife or gun or whatever you want.

You hide it, obviously, because you're actually clever. And then you act as if you accidentally knocked your microphone on the ground. You act as if you're going to reach for it and at the same time you pull out your gun and shoot your opponent in his head or take your knife out and cut his throat or stick it in his chest while he isn’t expecting it.
