I hate to be the bearer of bad news for all you retarded zoomers, but all the phenibut and phenylpiracetam out today is absolute garbage or just straight up bunk. RIP Liftmode, Science.bio, and Nootropicdepot.com those were truly the best nootropic sites for phenibut. 3.5g is high. You'll be slurring and all fucked up. I love phenibut but you can't take it regularly. Even if you try to be safe and take it no more than once per week, after a few months of weekly use, you will start having bad rebound anxiety after every time you take it. Usually like 2 days later since it has a long half life. For me and lots of other people, that rebound is more like extreme anger. You have to use it very irregularly to avoid this. Ironically I can take Klonopin regularly and get no rebound from it.

Can't get it easily here plus I'd rather not use research chemicals so I take lyrica instead. From what I gather the effects are fairly similar. It makes me a lot more talkative and social. It quiets that internal voice that drives anxiety. It removes physical anxiety symptoms like my stomach churning or my ears getting hot. It's been fantastic for me. Most people use it daily but I only use it for social situations or work stuff that would make me anxious. Better that way since I don't develop a tolerance which is something people deal with and the withdrawals supposedly suck.

Ive done phenibut on and off for 4+ years and am qualified to talk on this issueIt can be hit or miss and I wouldn't recommend taking 3.5 grams, generally, more like 1-1.5, only taking it at most twice a week or saving for special occasions like the rare time you go on a date or have to do a big speech at work, but when it works it does straight up work. The FAA f-phenibut especially (this is 10x as potent as the HCL so be careful) will turn a autist sperg into the Limitless guy. People who tell horror stories about this with the withdrawls are druggies that were taking 3+ grams a day, every day, for months on end. If you are a smart disciplined person and know when to use it, it is absolutely a game changer especially for high-inhib autists.
